| Entrepreneurial activities have always been valued by all countries in the world,and are considered as an important driving force to stimulate economic growth.In China,many social subjects carry forward the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship,actively participate in entrepreneurial practice activities.College students play an important role in the entrepreneurial wave.Compared with other economic activities,entrepreneurial activities have higher risks.The key to successful entrepreneurial activities lies in mastering entrepreneurial information and resources hidden in complex environment.College students can exchange information and resources in the process of interaction with their social network members.Based on this,in order to achieve successful entrepreneurship,it is particularly important to build a social network for college students.According to the mood congruent effect theory and information processing theory,this study constructs a theoretical model of the impact of social network on entrepreneurial behavior of college students’,and analyzes the mediator effect of entrepreneurial alertness and the regulation role of entrepreneurial emotion.The research object focuses on college graduates,including fresh graduates who are starting a business or preparing for starting a business,and college graduates who are still starting a business within 5 years after graduation.Data were collected by questionnaire,400 questionnaires were distributed,and 343 questionnaires were collected after eliminating invalid questionnaires.Using SPSS24.0 and AMOS21.0,this study make an empirical analysis of the collected data and draws a conclusion.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Social network has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior.(2)Social network has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial alertness.(3)Entrepreneurial alertness has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior.(4)Entrepreneurial alertness plays a partial mediating role between social network and entrepreneurial behavior.(5)Entrepreneurial emotion plays a moderating role between social network and entrepreneurial behavior.According to the results of empirical analysis,this study put forward the conclusion and enlightenment.This study puts forward suggestions from four aspects to provide theoretical guidance for college students’ entrepreneurial practice,which are individual emotion,social network,alertness level and external environment.College students should build a high-quality social network,improve their entrepreneurial alertness,and try to channel negative emotions.Meanwhile,other social subjects such as universities and governments should improve the entrepreneurial environment and create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere. |
