| The revitalization of rural talents is the basic requirement of grasping the initiative of rural revitalization,the necessary condition of ensuring the scientific nature of rural governance,and an important guarantee of enhancing the sustainability of rural development.However,there are still many problems in the process of rural talent revitalization.It is urgent to solve these problems in Gao Town,Hengshan District,Yulin City,a remote mountainous area.In the new era of talent theory,human capital theory and human resources development and training theory,on the basis of questionnaire method,interview method and case analysis method,analyzes the hengshan district of Yulin city rural talent revitalization facing the problems,analyzes the cause of the problem,on the basis of domestic successful experience,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The survey found that although Gaozhen has done a lot of work in rural talent revitalization and the satisfaction of the masses is relatively high,its rural revitalization still faces talent dilemma;Through interviews,the rural talent revitalization in Gaozhen faces problems such as lack of service objects,insufficient number of talents,poor quality and unreasonable allocation of talents.The main reasons for the above problems in the revitalization of rural talents are: the slow process of agricultural and rural modernization,insufficient attention to the rural revitalization,the imperfect work system of talent revitalization,and the lack of internal impetus for farmers.Drawing on the experience of rural talent revitalization in some areas of China,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to solve the problems facing the revitalization of rural talents from the aspects of accelerating the process of agricultural and rural modernization,improving the importance of talent revitalization,improving the system and mechanism of talent revitalization,and stimulating the endogenous impetus of farmers. |
