With the development of society,social problems become more and more prominent.It is unrealistic to rely on government departments alone.Social work becomes more and more important.In recent years,with the development of professional education in social work,more and more social work graduates have gone to the society.However,various data show that on the one hand,the proportion of social work graduates choosing social work posts is relatively small,on the other hand engaged in social work undergraduate social work graduates job mobility.At the present stage,China’s social work talents are constantly sent to the society,but at present China’s social work posts are still in short supply of social work talents,and the social work talents trained by colleges and universities have not been transferred to social work posts,the loss of social work talented person causes the social work troop to be difficult to grow,but some social work graduate who is engaged in the social work post,although after four years of undergraduate study,but still faces various problems at the beginning of the work.On the one hand,can not highlight the professional value of social work,on the other hand,social work graduates in the early stage of social work career self-efficacy is not high.In this paper,the author raises two research questions:What are the performance of low self-efficacy in the initial stage of social work?What are the main factors that affect the professional efficacy of social work graduates?The author uses the length interview as the research method of this article,and selects 13 social work graduates who are engaged in social work as the interview object.Based on the analysis of interview data,the author found that the social work graduates with low professional efficacy have four problems in the early stage of their work:First,they are unable to work;second,they are unable to work;4.No hope at work.This paper analyzes the performance of low professional efficacy of social work graduates,and finds that the performance of low professional efficacy of social work graduates is the result of the interaction between the individual level and the structural level,the author uses the Structural functionalism to analyze,and finds that the influencing factors mainly include insufficient social policy support,low social work approval,backward school education,unclear individual career planning,etc.,one of the most important factors is the school education system and the local reality caused by the mismatch.Finally,according to the results of the research,the author puts forward some suggestions on social work education:1.To establish the training objectives of Social Work in various modes;2.To establish a reasonable social work curriculum;3.To establish a reasonable social work practice system;Rational allocation of social work teachers resources——Practicing the system of "double teachers".
