| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the new era development concept of “accelerating the construction of an innovative country” and “encouraging more social entities to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship”.This is in line with the development strategy of“mass entrepreneurship,innovation” and “implementation of innovation drive”proposed by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core.As emphasized by General Secretary Xi in the deliberation of the Fujian delegation at the Second Session of the 13 th National People’s Congress,”We must be the driving force for reform and opening up,maximize the release of the kinetic energy of innovation and entrepreneurship in the whole society,and continuously enhance China’s influence and competitiveness in the world’s major changes.”Therefore,As a key step to realize the "two hundred years" and the grand goal of building a socialist modernization power,innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a hot spot in the current practice of quality education in colleges and universities.As a high-level talent for the development of China society,the improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students is directly related to the development of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship and the achievement of the goal of building an innovative and powerful country.So college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship quality education is an important training link for shaping college students to become innovative talents.This research starts with the basic problems of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship quality education.Interpretation of the concept of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship quality education,Clarify the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship,innovation and entrepreneurship education and quality education.Theoretical guidance based on Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings and relevant discourses of Chinese Communists,Exploring the development of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship quality education in the process of policy system evolution and practice exploration.Then systematically sort out three typical models of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities,Combined with the characteristic development model of China Metrology University,Including the personnel training system,the curriculum system,the teaching staff and the practical platform construction,Summarizing the Practice and Effect of College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Quality Education.This study uses questionnaires and interview survey methods.Dialysis of the practical dilemma of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship quality education.Find out the causes of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship quality education,Based on the background of innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era,puting forward three countermeasures for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship quality education,The First is to create an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship quality education;The second is to optimize the implementation system of innovation and entrepreneurship quality education;The third is to strengthen the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial quality education resources. |
