A Case Study On The Training Mode Of Football Referees In The School Of Physical Education Of Yanbian University

This paper analyzes the current situation of the training mode of football referees in Yanbian University Physical Education College by consulting literature,on-the-spot investigation and expert interview,finds out the difficulties and deficiencies in the training of football referees in Yanbian University Physical Education College,and studies the training system and development countermeasures more suitable for the football referees in Yanbian University Physical Education College.While serving the local football development well,it can also make up for the vacancy of the number and quality of the football referees,train the referees with strong professional ability and high comprehensive quality in echelon style,and transport the referees to the senior League.This paper makes a comparative study on the training mode and assessment system of football referees at home and abroad,and draws the following conclusions and suggestions.Through the sorting out of the literature and the collection of the materials of the School of Physical Education of Yanbian University,the research on the training model of football referees of the School of Physical Education of Yanbian University can draw the following problems:1.There are great differences in the training mode of football referees in Colleges and universities at home and abroad.Among them,the training mode of football referees in Colleges and universities in Hubei Province has certain reference significance in improving the rationality of the training mode of football referees in Yanbian University Physical Education College.2.Through the analysis of the current training mode of football referees in Yanbian University Physical Education Institute,it is found that most of the football referees have not received systematic theoretical knowledge and skills training in the aspect of professional football referees,and the assessment and evaluation methods are single,which has a negative impact on the ladder training of football referees in Yanbian University Physical Education Institute.3.At present,football referees in Yanbian University have a series of problems,such as weak law enforcement ability,low level of foreign language and lack of practical experience.One of the most outstanding problems is that the football referee’ s theoretical quality of judgment is not high and the ability of judgment is not enough.Based on the case analysis of the football referee training model of the Sports College of Yanbian University,suggestions can be provided:1.Improve the training syllabus of football referees in the school of physical education of Yanbian University,systematically train the theoretical knowledge of football referees,and build a reasonable and effective training management system and management mode for football referees.Only when the training shifts are consistent with the needs of football referees,can the quantity and quality of football referees be developed to the maximum extent.2.Diversified,multi-channel recruitment of football referees training,optimization of the existing football referees assessment system.Learn from the excellent cases at home and abroad to improve the training standards of football referees,strengthen the supervision mechanism and put an end to formalism.3.Each university can establish a campus football referee training community,bridge it with the local football association,increase the number of training,shorten the training cycle,improve the college students’football referee level examination mechanism,improve the comprehensive business ability of university football referees,and constantly improve the football referee training mode of Yanbian University Sports College.
