Research On The Training Path Of Football Referees In Guangxi

With the increasing number and influence of football events in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,there are higher and higher requirements not only for the technical and tactical requirements of football players,but also for the professional ability and comprehensive quality of football referees.Since the reform in 2015,the training path of football referees in Guangxi has optimized and adjusted the past training path of football referees,trained many excellent football referees,and improved the training quality of football referees.With the rapid change of football environment in the new era,the training path of referees also needs to be adjusted with the development of the times.Through the comparative analysis of the types of training paths of referees,this paper finds out the existing problems,and puts forward the optimization strategy by using the synergy theory to promote the high-quality development of the training of football referees in Guangxi.The research takes the training path of football referees in Guangxi as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics to draw the following conclusions:1.At present,the training paths of football referees in Guangxi mainly include:college training path,education competent department training path and Football Association training path.2.The characteristics of the tripartite training mode:the training path of colleges and universities mainly includes:the training path of college football professional courses and the training path of college football referee Association;The main training objects of the training path of the competent education department are primary and secondary school physical education teachers,and the training methods are mainly subject to the holding of competitions.There are mandatory requirements for the training objects,and they must obtain at least three national referees;The referees and lecturers in the training path of the Football Association belong to the resources of the Football Association.In the qualification training of football referees,Guangxi football association can directly select and send lecturers for class training.3.Similarities and differences of tripartite training paths.The same point: it is to improve the referee ability of Guangxi football referees and improve the level of referees.Differences: the student referees under the three-way training path are different in their mastery of referee knowledge,competition level of law enforcement,starting point of referee learning,training group and so on.4.Problems in the training path of football referees in Guangxi:Although there are referee courses in Colleges and universities,the number of courses is small and lack of legitimacy;In the training path of the competent education department,the scope of training objects is narrow and lacks social legitimacy;In the training path of Football Association,the level of football referees still needs to be improved,the continuing education of referees needs to be strengthened,the funds and human resources of the association are relatively scarce,and there is a lack of characteristic training system.5.Strategies to optimize the training path of football referees in Guangxi.The training paths of colleges and universities include:improving the orientation of training objectives,perfecting the teaching system of football referees,and strengthening the cooperation and communication with football associations;The training path of the competent education department includes:expanding the scope of training objects,paying attention to the training of the education system,improving the top-level design,and promoting cooperation and exchange with football associations;The training path of football association includes:constructing the way of dynamic incentive,optimizing the evaluation and promotion system,strengthening the tripartite cooperation among Football Association,colleges and universities and competent education departments;The three-party training path is coordinated to create a good value concept of win-win cooperation,build a reasonable way of resource coordination,build a form of institutional guarantee,and build an organizational operation mode of mutual assistance.And put forward the following suggestions:establish a path for colleges and universities,competent education departments and football associations to jointly train referees;Using network information to increase the publicity and promotion scope of referee knowledge;Strengthen and improve the management methods of football referees and standardize the team of football referees;The government should improve the security system of football referees and issue corresponding policies.
