| To explore the basic situation and management system of our country’s schools’ football referee team,this article uses the literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,field trips,mathematical statistics research as methods and the referee team and management mechanism of the implementation of referee teams of China’s schools’ football league of junior high school group,high school group,university schools’ group,university higher vocational group,university super group of five national competitions are the objects of the study.A total of 183 law enforcement referees from different national competitions in the 2016-2017 China schools’ Football League were selected.The investigation and analysis of the basic status and management status of our country’s schools’ football referee team found that:1.The national team of college football referees is mainly composed of teachers aged 20-35 and students in school;the structure of age and qualifications is relatively reasonable,and the academic level is high on the whole,which has great potential for development.However,the geographical distribution of the national schools’ football referees is unreasonable;young referees are less likely to participate in law enforcement competitions.2.Some football referees of schools often fail to perform effective physical training;some referees do not pay attention to the study of rules in theory,and the overall level of foreign language is not high.3.The number of participants in the training courses for football referees of schools is large,the cost is high,the number of training courses is small,the training time is short,and the training content is not comprehensive.4.The staffing and institutional settings of the schools’ football demolition committee are not perfect.Registration and selection management departments and full-time staff are not set up;and the schools’ football committee is not affiliated with the China Football Association.The referees in the schools’ football league cannot apply for a higher level or be promoted upwards. |
