In recent years,the study on preschool children’s school entrance preparation is another key research topic after the "young link".The preparatory work carried out under the guidance of one-sided or wrong concept of entrance preparation will lead to many maladjustment problems when preschool children enter primary school,which will seriously affect their subsequent learning and growth.Therefore,this study selected the six guiyang city kindergarten taipans and a first grade teacher(all of the following are referred to as: the young teacher)as the research object,with young teachers’ school readiness content,time and the factors influencing the school readiness of view for the research content,in strict accordance with the "preliminary investigation-a formal questionnaire,interview survey,data collection and analysis" train of thought,of young teachers’ concept of school readiness and its influence factors in data processing,get the admission to view the status quo,understanding of the two sides on the concept of school readiness and to analyze its influence factors,and put forward the suggestion that promote the scientific concept of young teachers’ school readiness.Based on the survey of young teachers’ conception of entrance preparation,it is found that,from the perspective of the content conception of entrance preparation,both of them have higher scores in judging the importance of entrance preparation.From the longitudinal view,young teachers’ school readiness content view differences,including a first grade teacher in the school readiness content view more emphasis on learning style,cognitive and general knowledge foundation,emotional development and social three aspects of preparation,and kindergarten teachers pay more attention to body health and sports development,learning style,emotional and social development.In terms of the time of preparation for admission,the starting time of the two is similar,and they both think that it should be before or after the small class.In terms of the influencing factors of school entrance preparation,both believe that kindergarten is the primary factor influencing school entrance preparation,followed by the family environment,and then the children’s individual and community environment.After the discussion and analysis of the research results,this study holds that the Suggestions to promote the scientific conception of the school entrance preparation of young teachers are as follows: the correct understanding of the relationship between the school entrance preparation,the primary school education and the young education is the premise,the improvement of the professional quality of teachers is the key,and the strengthening of the communication and cooperation between different subjects is the guarantee.
