| School readiness is an important part of the connection between kindergarten and primary school in China.School readiness can not only help children adapt to the primary school life completely different from kindergarten,but also lay a good foundation for the long-term development of children.Home cooperation is a major trend in the development of the times.Only by combining and interacting can we play the greatest joint efforts of kindergarten and family,make scientific preparations for enrollment and promote the healthy growth of children.In view of the predecessors,based on the trend and focusing on the status quo,this study uses a variety of research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and field observation to investigate the status quo of kindergarten children’s home cooperation in Nanchang City from the concept,attitude,level,content,method and evaluation of home cooperation.According to the survey,at present,the home cooperation in the overall school preparation education of kindergarten in Nanchang City penetrates into all activities organized by kindergartens.The form of cooperation on school readiness education is mainly the communication between teachers and parents,and there is age difference.There are more home cooperation activities for school readiness education in large class than in middle class and small class.The study found that there are the following problems in the home cooperation of children’s school preparation education: the concept of home cooperation is strong,but the cooperation execution is insufficient;teachers and parents have different understanding of cooperation status and their status is not equal;the understanding of school preparation education is not consistent;the content of home cooperation is not comprehensive;the level of home cooperation is low.In addition,this study based on the educational ecosystem theory proposed by Brown Finrenner,explores the factors that affect homeland cooperation for enrollment preparation education in terms of micro-system,middle-system,outer-system and macro-system.In the micro system,the incorrect concepts of parents and teachers hinder the cooperation;in the middle system,the weak connection between the kindergarten and the family affects the cooperation;in the external system,the negligence of the parents and the improper management of the kindergarten affect the cooperation.In terms of the macro system,the imperfection of relevant policies has affected the expansion of cooperation.According to the problems found in the study and the analysis of the influencing factors,this study puts forward corresponding suggestions from the four aspects of restricting children’s development,namely,micro system,medium system,external system and macro system,hoping to provide reference and thinking for the home cooperation of children’s school preparation education.We should set up a correct concept in the micro system that affects children’s development.Teachers and parents should change their concepts and correctly understand the school preparation education.They should not only put their positions in a correct position,establish a good home cooperation relationship,but also focus on the core,pay attention to the age characteristics of children,and finally put into action to turn the correct concept into behavior practice.At the medium system level,we should give full play to the joint forces of home cooperation.The two sides should not only trust each other,consolidate the foundation for home cooperation,but also strengthen ties to promote effective communication between their homes.At the external system level,we should expand the indirect influence and add assistance to home cooperation.Specifically,it includes four aspects: improving the level and enhancing the height of home cooperation;enriching the content and expanding the scope of home cooperation;standardizing the mechanism and establishing the home cooperation system;improving the quality of teachers and strengthening the guidance of teachers’ preparation for admission.At the macro system level,through the development of standards,clear responsibility for home cooperation and the construction of the system,to win the support of the public,home cooperation will be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. |
