With the acceleration of industrial upgrading and economic transformation in China,as well as the deepening integration of high-tech and traditional industries,the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents in the labor market is becoming increasingly urgent.Higher vocational education,as the main force in cultivating technical and skilled talents,plays an important role in cultivating practical and professional talents.Practice has proven that only through college-enterprise cooperation can higher vocational education fundamentally improve the quality of education and more accurately meet the employment needs of society and enterprises.In order to create a highland for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,China has issued a series of vocational education reform plans,which clearly require vigorously promoting the integration of industry and education and college-enterprise cooperation,and creating a community with a shared future for schools and enterprises.After years of hard work,cooperation between colleges and enterprises in China has made significant progress and achieved new breakthroughs.However,it cannot be ignored that there are still some problems in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education in China,which have become bottlenecks restricting the deep development of cooperation between schools and enterprises,leading to a significant gap between the current situation of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises and the requirements of “deep integration”.The author takes N Vocational and Technical College as a case study object,based on stakeholder theory and resource dependence theory,and based on the policies of China’s domestic education integration and school enterprise cooperation,combined with the successful experience of school enterprise cooperation in education at home and abroad,and starting from exploring the deep integration of school enterprise cooperation,interviews were conducted with some faculty members,relevant personnel of major cooperative enterprises,and government personnel of the school through survey and research methods,and conducted on-site investigations on schools and enterprises.To gain a deep understanding of the current situation of school enterprise cooperation,including cooperation models,management systems,and educational outcomes.By analyzing and summarizing the characteristics and advantages of the school’s current stage of school enterprise cooperation,and identifying existing problems and constraints,including inadequate implementation of relevant cooperation policies,low participation of cooperative enterprises,substandard quality of “dual teachers”,and insufficient construction of practical platforms in cooperation;Through the interpretation of a large number of literature and policy texts,the problem was analyzed and it was found that the reasons were due to the imperfect top-level design of cooperation policies,the failure of both parties to achieve a level of mutual benefit,the imperfect system for jointly building a “dual teacher” teaching team,and the insufficient construction of practical platforms in cooperation.Finally,suggestions for improving the level of school enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges can be summarized and promoted through individual cases,providing reference for the in-depth development of school enterprise cooperation.Suggestions include improving the institutional guarantee for school enterprise cooperation,deepening the integration of school enterprise interests,improving the system for jointly building a “dual teacher” teaching team,and jointly building a diversified cooperation platform,in order to strengthen the depth of cooperation,improve the competitiveness and comprehensive strength of vocational colleges,and promote the sustainable development of vocational colleges,enterprises,and the economy and society. |
