| In recent years,vocational education in China has made important contributions to improving the quality of talent training,promoting economic and social development and promoting employment.However,the current structure of vocational education in China is unreasonable,and the system and mechanism are not mature enough to adapt to the economic development.Therefore,the reform of vocational education is imperative.In particular,the school-enterprise cooperation in China’ s vocational education is not strong enough to deepen the integration of production,teaching and research.There is still a long way to achieve school-enterprise synergy.In practice,school-enterprise cooperation is still in the development stage,and many schools are still in the stage of s student internships.There are some problems,such as inadequate systems and mechanisms,and low cooperation effectiveness,especially in third-tier and fourth-tier cities.The problems in developing vocational colleges are particularly prominent.How to choose the reform mode of the school-enterprise cooperation system mechanism,make better use of the main resources,talents,and technology advantages of schools and enterprises,and improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation are important topics that need to be studied in depth in these vocational colleges.This article first elaborates the research background,significance,and research status at home and abroad,researches on the mode and mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in local vocational colleges,and establishes clear research ideas and research frameworks.At the same time,according to the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation,Features,principles,and the actual situation of the necessity of school-enterprise cooperation,cooperation goals,and the subject’s relationship between the two parties,analyze the subject’ s behavior in terms of willingness,motivation,influencing factors,and obstacles.Third,use the field survey method to conduct empirical research on the school-enterprise cooperation of Neijiang Vocational and Technical College.On the basis of summarizing the current state of school-enterprise cooperation,the current "order training","joint construction practice base+modern apprenticeship","top job internship And other school-enterprise cooperation models and mechanisms.The research results show that the development of local post-development higher vocational colleges faces a complex and unfavorable environment,opportunities and challenges coexist;the two cooperation modes of "order training" and "joint construction of internship base+modern apprenticeship" have obvious advantages.,More in line with the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation and its own reality;although there are more school-enterprise cooperation models and cooperative enterprises,the depth of cooperation is still insufficient,and the cooperation effect is not particularly significant.Aiming at the problems in school-enterprise cooperation in local higher vocational education,based on the analysis results of the cooperation model and institutional mechanism in this article,we propose comprehensive countermeasures from the three levels of government,schools,and enterprises:the government needs to formulate corresponding policies and measures to create good The school-enterprise cooperation environment;schools should be scientifically positioned and strive to improve their teachers,hardware and training bases and connotation construction;companies should change their minds,actively seek cooperation,and establish a salary management system and management method suitable for school-enterprise cooperation. |
