With the rapid development of China’s economy,a series of changes have also taken place in the society.At the same time that people’s living standards have improved,the problems and pressures they are facing have also increased.Especially for employees in the workplace,the stress not only comes from the oppression of life and family,but also the personal difficulties caused by the problems encountered at work.In addition,the various news about suicide and sudden death of employees in the society has aggravated the employees.Psychological burden.A series of negative effects caused by stress problems have seriously hindered the good development of enterprises and individual employees 。 In particular,the post-90 s generation has become the main force in the workplace.There has been a fierce collision between the new era concept and tedious work.The traditional union management methods have been unsuitable.Based on the perspective of corporate social work,this article explores and analyzes the source of stress and the mechanism of stress among employees of the company.Based on the case study,the author conducts a case study of the post-90 s employees’ work pressure problems in the Z company.Analyze the problems and guide the client to make changes,help the client to correct his cognition,change his attitude and behavior towards work stress,and correct his outlook on stress.According to the client ’s problems,he can reduce work stress,improve interpersonal relationships,and family relationships Provides case service in several aspects of career planning to achieve the goal of reducing work stress。In light of the individual intervention of post-90 s employees’ work stress problems,explore the practical experience,advantages and significance of corporate social work in the enterprise,explore a new social work perspective and concept to explore new methods of stress relief for corporate employees,and casework Through one-to-one coaching,psychological counseling and behavior change are performed for employees with serious work stress problems in the enterprise,providing certain experience for the practical exploration of corporate social work.
