Casework Intervention On Stress Relief In Enterprise Programmer Work

Since the 21 st century,human beings have entered the information technology era,the continuous rise of Internet enterprises,the rapid development of artificial intelligence,big data,cloud services and other advanced technology,has brought unprecedented changes to people's food,clothing,housing and transportation.On the basis of the previous investigation,three programmers from Z enterprises H?J?B selected as the service object according to the results of the questionnaire and interview.Based on the comprehensive collection of information with the family,colleagues,friends and their own interviews,the intervention mode of double ABC-X stress response is used to analyze which stress sources exist,which resources to resist stress and the negative effects of excessive stress.Using ecosystem theory to analyze from micro level,meso level and macro level The work pressure caused by personal factors and organizational factors,and the service is provided from the micro,meso and macro levels according to the individual situation of the service object,while helping the service object to establish a solid family support system,peer support system,organizational support system.To evaluate the whole service process,the client pressure has been relieved and master the correct method after the end of the service,in the joint efforts of both sides to achieve mutual satisfaction.The results show that: the work pressure of service object is obviously relieved,it can objectively analyze its own pressure,deal with the negative influence of pressure correctly,master some methods to relieve pressure,and greatly improve the work efficiency;on the basis of fully mobilizing the subjective initiative of service object,case work can effectively relieve the work pressure of programmer;the resources linked in the service,the established family,friends,organization support,greatly improve the service effect.The research enriches the object of social work research to a certain extent and provides a method for programmers to relieve stress.
