A Research On The Contemporary Formation Of Teacher Teams Of Ideological And Political Education Departments In Yunnan Normal Universities

China has indicated a new historical direction for China’s development and since the publication of the report,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.According to the report,the new missions of teachers in the new era are carrying out the 19th CPC National Congress spirit,meeting the Communist Party of China and Chinese people’s expectations for a high-quality,professional,innovative teacher teams,committing themselves to the basic task of strengthening moral education,cultivating all-round socialist constructors and successors with progresses in morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetic,improving the quality of Chinese citizens and human resources,speeding up educational modernization,sparing no effort to construct a powerful country in education and promote a satisfactory education for the people.The competition between graduates from comprehensive and normal universities has been intensified by the nationally unified teacher certificate examination.In order to defend the dominant role of normal universities in education system and highlight the features of specialized teacher-training major,normal universities have to emphasize foundation works and formation of teacher teams Against contemporary background,ideological and political education department shoulders glorious missions of fostering CPC with Xi Jinping’s guidance on socialism with Chinese characteristics in contemporary context,practicing core values of socialism,strengthening ideological and moral education,providing society with virtuous brains,publicizing China’s claims and presenting China’s advantages Normal universities are the cradles for teacher-training education and the formation of teacher teams is the fundamental task of cultivating teachers.Ideological and political education departments in normal universities,as the inheritors of teacher’s ethics,mentors for students,and lecturers on specialized knowledge,take on the important task of training qualified teacher-to-be,in other words,students majoring in ideological and political education.Based on the analysis of the construction of ideological and political education teachers’ team in 11 normal colleges in Yunnan,this paper finds out the problems existing in the construction of ideological and political education teachers’ team.It is the original intention of this paper to further analyze the causes of problems and study the countermeasures to solve these problems.The content of this paper mainly studies and discusses from the following four chapters:the first chapter mainly analyzes the significance of the construction of teachers’ team of ideological and political education major in normal universities in the new era.The second chapter mainly describes the investigation results of the team construction of ideological and political education teachers in Yunnan normal university in the new era.The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in the team building of ideological and political education teachers in Yunnan normal universities in the new era and the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter is the new era of Yunnan normal colleges and universities ideological and political education professional teachers team construction optimization countermeasures,targeted for the ideological and political education professional teachers team optimization Suggestions.In order to highlight the importance of ideological and political education in the new era of moral education,to highlight the ideological and political education professional teachers in normal universities team’s mission of educating people.
