University Graduate Student Ideological And Political Education Work Team Construction Impact Factor Research

Since the graduate education is the highest level of education, so ideological and political education is a very important part of graduate education. The improvement and enhancement of the graduates team is the insurances of graduate education. "The Ministry of education on Further Strengthening and improving several opinions of postgraduates Ideological and political education"([2010]11号) clearly pointed out that the institution of higher learning should build a tutor and assistant-centered work team according to education rules and students characteristics. It also clearly said that the team namely the leader of the Party and Communist Youth League should organize and coordinate the ideological and political education. In addition, the development of hardcore group should play a leading role in the graduate education of Ideology and politics. So, a comprehensive analysis of the impact of Ideological and political education factors is very significant to improve and enhance the construction of graduate members.Investigated by questionnaires, this research selected graduates students from Sichuan University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, University of Electronic Science and technology, Southwest Jiao Tong University and Sichuan agricultural University. The main content of this research can be divided into four parts, namely "The Four Teams" (Professional management team, tutors team, assistant team and backbones team of graduates). This research aims to find out the basic situation from the level of ideology, behavior, and business ability. Namely, it is designed to learn about the current condition of these graduates’ideological and political education in the five colleges, to find out the problems of work team and the causes of these problems. Finally, this research will analyze the factors that influence the graduates’ ideological and political education so that the understanding on education work can be enhanced, the construction of the work team can be strengthened, the advantages of each team can be exerted through joint construction of college ideological and political education of graduate students work team.According to the structure features, this research will be divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction which mainly includes the background of this topic, the significance of this research, the related research both in home and abroad and the content and the approach of this research. The second part, from Chapter Two to Chapter Six, mainly illustrates the result of this questionnaire, discover the existing problems on ideological and political education, analyzing the factors that caused these problems, strengthening the construction of teamwork, and finally discovering the acts of construction joint efforts on graduates’ ideological and political education. The third part includes conclusion and appendix. The conclusion part makes a summary about this research, and pointed out the disadvantages so that the follow-up study can be carried out. The appendix part includes the questionnaire and main achievements during the three year.
