The Research On The Construction Path Of The Ideological And Political Theory Teachers In Shaanxi University In The New Era

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has attached great importance to the construction of ideological and political theory courses and their teaching staff.Ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities are an important channel to promote the formation of correct world outlook,outlook on life and values for college students.It has always played an extremely important role in promoting the growth of students.Teachers are the foundation of education and the source of education.To improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses,colleges and universities must attach importance to the construction of ideological and political theory teachers,and cultivate a group of ideological and political theory teachers with strong political beliefs and strong professional ability.Strengthening the construction of the team of ideological and political teachers is not only of great significance for improving the ideological and political education of colleges and universities and improving the quality of education in colleges and universities,but also of extremely important significance for improving the comprehensive quality of the ideological and political teacher team.This dissertation explains the basic concepts related to the current national ideological and political theory courses based on a series of measures taken by the country for the construction of ideological and political theory teachers,relying on the basis of existing ideological and political theory teaching research results,and combining the characteristics of the new era.Combined with the questionnaire survey and interview content,the investigation revealed that there are problems in the ideological and political teaching staff of colleges and universities in Shaanxi,such as the weak belief and insufficient ability of individual teachers in the teaching staff;the insufficient number of teachers;the degree of professionalism of the teaching staff Insufficient;lack of overall and long-term planning for team building;imperfect,irregular,and poorly implemented team building system;insufficient funding and so on.Analyze the problems of the current ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities because of the weak links in the school’s ideological and political education work,the limitations of the teachers themselves,the influence and interference of the wrong ideas and bad habits in the society,and the teachers of the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities These factors are caused by incomplete team building theoretical systems and related systems.Finally,based on the necessity and inevitability of team building,the relevant countermeasures for the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities in the new era are proposed from the four levels of the country,universities,teachers themselves and the social environment in which they are located.Use the power of the whole society to coordinate and advance the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities on a standardized,institutionalized,and scientific track.
