Research On The Teams’ Management Of The Contemporary University Students’ Ideological And Political Education

Teams of the contemporary university students’ ideological and politicaleducation is the main part of the work about university students’ ideological andpolitical education,they are guiders of cultivating college students, and also are thecore strength to ensure the normal and orderly work. If you want to improve theteams’work efficiency of the contemporary university students’ ideological andpolitical education and enhance the actual effect of ideological and politicaleducation，we must strengthen the management of the contemporary universitystudents’ ideological and political education team, mobilize the enthusiasm andcreativity of the whole team in maximize,and improve the quality of the whole team’slevel comprehensively. As a result, the research on the management about teams ofthe modern university students’ ideological and political education is of greatsignificance. In this paper, guided by the ideological and political education andmanagement, with new characteristics of modern ideological and political educationas the breakthrough point,and elaborate the profile of the management about themodern university students’ ideological and political education team. Throughinterviews in the form of the team structure and quality conditions, managementstatus and the working conditions in four aspects research condition of the modernuniversity students’ ideological and political education, we sume up four factorseffecting the management about the modern university students’ ideological andpolitical education team in current situation:social macro environment, schoolmedium environment, individual micro environment and the management pattern.And discuss three effective management means of communication art, tube "person"art, and incentive art which teams of the modern university students’ ideological andpolitical education requires, then find new ways for the teams’ management modernuniversity students’ ideological and political education, namely,to establish a newmode of teams’management of the modern university students’ ideological and political education: transition from experience management to specification, transitionfrom dispersive management to concentration, transition from working managementto inner quality, transition from one-way model management to whole.
