Teaching practice ability is a special professional ability,under the guidance of the correct educational concept,teachers based on the practical teaching knowledge which is formed by their own practical reflection and refinement of teaching practice,choosing certain teaching methods,solving practical problems in specific subjects,and completing a collection of abilities required for subject teaching activities.As a new force of primary and secondary school teachers,the teaching practice ability of normal students will directly affect the quality and effect of primary and secondary education.Therefore,studying the current situation and training methods of normal school students’ teaching practice abilities has certain guiding significance for improving the degree of suitable post and promoting their professional development.Based on the above considerations,in the course of the research,first of all,on the basis of literature review,the definitions of teaching practice ability and teaching ability are sorted out and differentiated,and the constituent elements of teaching practice ability are discussed in detail.Secondly,the research focuses on the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of normal students’ teaching practice ability,takes the normal university students in Jiangsu province as the research object,and analyzes the mastery of normal students’ teaching practice ability and their specific performance in classroom teaching by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.The survey results show that,with the efforts of many schools,the overall level of normal students’ teaching practice ability can basically meet the daily teaching requirements,but there are still some shortcomings in learning analysis ability,target analysis ability,teaching technology ability,teaching control ability.In view of the shortcomings,combined with the results of interviews with normal students and practice guidance teachers,from the skewed curriculum setting ratio,the relative shortage of teaching resources,the weak awareness of the development of teaching practice ability of normal students,the colleges and universities do not pay much attention to the management of intervention activities,intern guidance teacher counseling work is not in place,and the attribution analysis of the problems existingin the teaching practice ability of normal students is carried out.Based on the above analysis of the status quo and existing problems of the teaching practice ability of normal students,the design and direction of the improvement strategy of teaching practice ability of normal students are clarified.Finally,according to PCK theory,constructivism theory and practical epistemology,specific action strategies are proposed from the "self-control" direction of self-renewal orientation and the "other control" direction of external promotion orientation.Specifically,the self-control orientation of self-renewal mainly revolves around motivating the consciousness of inspiring individuals to "learn and think".The external promotion orientation of "other control" mainly relies on the macro-micro curriculum structure as the basic strategy,the strengthening of the microteaching +case + task-based teaching method as the promotion strategy,the strengthening of teaching practice management as the basic strategy,and the evaluation system and the internship guidance team building as the guarantee strategy,with a view to providing a certain reference for the improvement of the teaching practice ability of normal students. |
