The normal university is an important base of personnel training of physical education in our country,shouldering the task of cultivating high-quality sports talents needed by the social development.The basketball curriculum is one of the key courses of physical education major in Normal University.However,some problems the following existed during the teaching process,which mainly behave in:the direction of training can’t meet the needs of social development,especially in the ignorance the cultivation of students’ teaching ability.It,for a certain extent,affects employment status of the students after graduation,even can’t be up to the school basketball class teaching.The basketball curriculum is the main curriculum of physical education in school for all levels,and the main content of the implementation of the National Fitness program.So as the physical education curriculum of undergraduate period for cultivating basketball sports teachersof normal universities in China,reform of basketball teaching method must strengthened pay attention to the cultivation of students’ teaching ability,reinforce the education in experiment process and cultivate practical talents with competitive vitality and competitive ability to adapt to the needs of modern social development and the development of sports.This paper mainly employs document research,questionnaire survey,experimental teaching and content analysis(the scientific research methods).Through interview survey of experts,six teaching abilities index are determined: teaching plan writing ability,language skills,demonstration ability,teaching organization and management ability,the ability to correct the mistakes.Education informatization capability,combined with youth tournament standard evaluation index adopted in the Sports Academic Affairs Division for years to design specific evaluation criteria in this paper.Taking students from class 2 grade 2012,majoring in physical education of Shanxi Normal University as experimental subjects,training the teaching ability is divided into four stages,and the main research results:(1)Through the student-centered teaching experiments,cultivating their teaching ability as the core,the performances of the run-up to touch high point,agility,flexibility and other physical fitness are greatly improved after the experiment;after the experiment,results of the students’ comprehensive dribble,three round cut,the three vs three,one minute shooting increased significantly compared with those before the experiment.(2)Through basketball teaching experiment which is mainly for the teaching ability training,the students’ teaching plan writing ability is significantly increased compared with those before the experiment,they can complete an writing teaching plan independently and find out the problems of writing teaching plan and precautions.(3)Though the students’ trial teaching,video feedback and theoretical teaching of teachers,after the experiment,the students’ language expression ability was improved and compared with these before the test,which narrow the gap between the students to improve together and communicate with each other.(4)Through training students’ demonstrate capability,they can capture more clearly the lecture demonstration method,location and time are significantly improved.They have clear understanding about the speed,intonation and timing.(5)In basketball teaching,the students take turns to exercise,and the students’ grouping prepare study materials,lesson plans and carrying out a single technology or a simple Tactical Teaching Practice to cultivate students’ teaching organization and management ability.After the experiment,the organization and management of the equipments isimproved,the classroom order and the teaching content arrangement rationality compared with those before the experiment,has significantly improved,which can make teaching process orderly,and classroom strain capacity is becoming more flexible.(6)The students correct the cognition of wrong theory and dare to face it and make preliminary analysis and judgment;you should focus on the way of checking students and group internal guidance for error correction;find the effective error correction methods to establish correction ability and improve on basketball technology actions of observation and practical ability;summary and innovation ability,(7)By making full use of using modern network platform to establish a teaching plan,which contains QQ,Word,Excle,PPT is a way to assist teaching.And coursewares can make students have a good understand about content,process and method of teaching and master the use of information technology to gradually strengthen students’ ability. |
