| The nineteen major new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,as well as an important exposition of educational work,endowed China’s higher education with a rich content of the times and ideological content.With the deepening of education reform,experts and teachers and teachers have paid more attention to the cultivation of students’ core literacy.The connotation development of education has become an important concern in the teaching and reform of Higher Normal Colleges and universities.The cultivation of middle school students’ core literacy needs teachers from teaching and teaching to carry out concrete implementation.Middle school teachers have become the key factors to cultivate the quality of core literacy.The practical teaching ability of middle school teachers is the key point to complete this task.As teachers of teachers in pre service training stage,their practical teaching ability is related to the quality of middle school education,which is about the quality of normal education in normal universities and the realization of the goal of training talents.Therefore,the training of normal school students’ practical teaching ability is bound to be highly valued by teachers’ colleges.The training of normal students’ practical teaching ability follows the requirements of quality education and the training of ancient and modern talents.It meets the training objectives of normal education in normal universities and meets the requirements of the reform of education and the development of teachers’ professionalism.This paper talks about the practical teaching ability of normal students,including three aspects: teaching cognition,teaching implementation and autonomous development.Through questionnaires and individual interviews,the survey was carried out among the 300 teachers in a university,and a thorough conversation with some of the teachers in the University was carried out in order to grasp the practical teaching ability of the normal students and the status of the training.The school has always attached importance to the training of normal school students’ practical teachingability,and constantly carried out the reform of curriculum and teaching,but there are still some shortcomings.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: lack of teaching cognition,lack of teaching implementation ability and lack of independent development ability.The reasons for these shortcomings include the influence of knowledge level,practice level and evaluation level.In view of these problems,we should enhance the practice teaching ability of normal students under the core literacy perspective.First of all,we should realize the turn of cognition: first,lay the foundation of the thought with self identity;secondly,do the practice transition: take practice training as the weight,broaden the practice path;finally,we should make the evaluation Transformation: Taking the accomplishment as the base and deepening the independent development.Three aspects of knowledge,practice and evaluation are inseparable from the participation of society,schools,teachers and normal students.We should condense the force of "Trinity" of society,schools and teachers,form a joint force with normal students,cultivate and enhance the practical teaching ability of normal students,and improve the professional accomplishment of normal students. |
