The core of improving the quality of basic education in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Qinghai province lies in improving the quality of teachers.The important source of teachers in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Qinghai province is the ethnic normal students.Therefore,the quality of the cultivation of ethnic normal students is an important guarantee for the quality of basic education teachers in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Qinghai province,as well as the quality of basic education in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Qinghai province.In addition,under the background of the transformation of China’s higher education from the extensional development characterized by scale expansion to the connotative development characterized by quality improvement,it is also an inevitable requirement for the connotative development of colleges and universities to continuously improve the quality of the training of ethnic normal university students.The learning effect of ethnic normal university students is directly related to the training quality of ethnic normal university students.According to modern learning theory,learning power is an important index to measure the learning effect,and it is a core ability that is constantly changing and is mainly cultivated.Therefore,constantly improving the learning power of ethnic normal university students and optimizing the learning effect are the guarantee to improve the training quality of ethnic normal university students.Based on the investigation of the current situation of students’ learning power in Qinghai ethnic normal university,this study sorted out the existing problems,analyzed the reasons for the formation of the problems,and proposed the way to optimize the learning power of students in ethnic normal university according to the reasons for the existing problems.According to the theory of learning power,this study takes Q university of Qinghai province as an example to investigate the current situation of learning power of students of ethnic normal university from five dimensions of learning motivation,learning concentration,learning power,learning effectiveness and learning reflection.As far as the object of the survey is concerned,the results show that the overall level of students’ learning power of ethnic normal university is medium.The learning power level of science majors is close,the difference is small.The scores of learning motivation and learning effectiveness were slightly higher than those of learning power,learning concentration and learning reflection,and the endurance of learning motivation needed to be improved.In terms of learning concentration,it is easy to be interfered by the external environment in the learning process.The interference sources of learning exist not only in the school and classroom environment,but also in the family environment.In addition,its self-discipline consciousness and self-discipline ability need to be strengthened.In terms of learning power,the planning of learning is not enough,while the planning ability needs to be strengthened,and the emphasis and application of learning methods are limited.In terms of learning effectiveness,I am confused about my future career orientation.In the whole learning process,knowledge integration and professional ability need to be further improved.In terms of learning reflective ability,the consciousness of self-reflection needs to be further improved.Learning power is influenced by learners themselves and their environment,and is the result of the interaction of multiple factors.So it’s a complex system problem.The research paradigm of ecology of education focuses on the complex and interactive relationship between education and various ecological and environmental factors.Compared with other research paradigms,it is more suitable for solving complex "relationship" and "system" problems.Therefore,this study takes the ecology of education as the analytical framework,and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in the learning power of students of ethnic normal university from the perspectives of the ecological subject(ethnic normal university students)and the external environment(classroom environment,school environment,family environment,social and cultural environment).As the main body of the ecology,the ethnic normal university students have four aspects.First,the lack of solid knowledge foundation in the basic education stage leads to their low learning power and effectiveness,which affects their learning confidence and makes it difficult to adapt to the learning pace quickly.Second,good learning habits and the establishment of a less than ideal,resulting in learning motivation is not lasting,learning concentration is not firm enough,learning effectiveness performance is not good;Thirdly,the lack of effective learning methods leads to the deficiency of learning power,learning effectiveness and learning reflection,which indirectly affects the learning motivation.The fourth is the ambiguity of the value of learning and its future career role,which leads to the lack of learning motivation and learning concentration,which indirectly affects the improvement of learning effectiveness and learning power.In terms of external environment,classroom and school play a dominant role in its influence.The classroom environment has the most direct impression,while the school has the most important influence.Compared with the former two,the social environment is weak but lasting,and the influence of the family environment is gradually weakenedIn view of the existing problems,according to the formation reasons,this study proposes an ecological path to optimize the learning power of students in ethnic normal university from the ecological subject(ethnic normal university students)and the external calling environment(classroom environment,school environment,family environment,social and cultural environment).
