The government-funded education internship is the key to the implementation of the rural revitalization plan and the cultivation of outstanding rural teachers who can be hired and retained by local normal universities.With the development and promotion of the education policy of public normal university students,the education and teaching quality of public normal university students has been improved significantly.As a practice link before the students enter the formal teaching post,the effect of educational practice is worth paying attention to.The research is divided into four parts: introduction,N analysis of the current situation of public normal university students’ educational practice,analysis of the problems and causes of public normal university students’ educational practice in local normal university,and strategies to improve the effectiveness of public normal university students’ educational practice.Research object to level 2017 N normal university public case of the normal group,combined with public policy and relevant theory of higher education,normal education through questionnaire and interview method to analyze the present situation of the public education internship students,and in view of the existing problems and the reasons,explore the local teachers at public expense normal education practice effective promotion strategy,In order to improve the effect of public-funded normal school students’ educational practice.In this study,a self-designed questionnaire with reliability and validity tested was used.It was found that some problems existed in the educational practice of public normal university students in the case school included ignoring the uniqueness of public normal university students and lacking pertinence in the training of their educational practice.The objective understanding of the educational practice of public normal university students is insufficient and the content of the practice is one-sided.The practice base is not rigorous in the practice management of public normal university students and lacks of process evaluation and feedback.The reasons are the lack of specific implementation opinions in the national policy documents,the single subject of supervision on the effectiveness of the educational practice of publicly funded normal university students,the insufficient guidance of instructors on the educational practice process of publicly funded normal university students,and the insufficient attention to the educational practice of publicly funded normal university students themselves.Combined with the above analysis results,the strategies explored for improving the effectiveness of educational practice for local normal university students with public funds include: the state should promote the precision of educational practice policies for public normal university students,and establish a long-term,diversified and dynamic educational practice policy system;Teachers colleges and local governments should jointly establish a multi-evaluation subject for monitoring the effectiveness of educational practice for public normal university students.Colleges and universities should enhance the professional quality of government-funded normal university students and lay a solid foundation for their development.
