| In recent years,the craftsman spirit has been brought up much more frequently in government reports and is gaining more attention from society as well.During the 2016 NPC and CPPCC sessions,Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the government report that it is necessary to cultivate the craftsman spirit nowadays.Any advocacy and promotion of a certain spirit reflects the pursuit of social value.The call of the craftsman spirit in today’s society highlights the desire for craftsman spirit in the industrial transformation and upgrading.As the most closely related type of education with economic development,vocational education bears the function of cultivating high-quality skilled talents,and shoulders the historical mission of cultivating great power craftsmen.The craftsman spirit is not only the mental state of technical talents but also the technical pursuit of product excellence.In the new era,it also indicates the technical ability of reform and innovation and the behave of professional value orientation.As proved by years and years of practice,the cultivation of craftsman spirit,which is a kind of tacit knowledge,must be rooted in the actual work.Therefore,the modern apprenticeship,which combines work with study and school-enterprise cooperation,provides a realistic institutional basis and an effective way for the cultivation of craftsmanship.Based on the systematic investigation and analysis of the relationship between modern apprenticeship and the cultivation of craftsman spirit,this paper puts forward the feasible ways or countermeasures for the effective cultivation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational students.The main body of this paper contains five parts: The first part for introduction includes the research background and significance,literature review,core concept definition,theoretical basis and research design.The second part is the value analysis of the cultivation of modern craftsman spirit,from the perspective of the new era.Focus on the feasibility of the cultivation of craftsman spirit in modern apprenticeship and discusses the conditions of the cultivation of craftsman spirit from the historical development of apprenticeship and craftsman spirit,then the coupling of modern apprenticeship and craftsman spirit,and finally the superiority of cultivating craftsman spirit in modern apprenticeship.The third part analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of craftsman spirit in the modern apprenticeship system based on the questionnaire survey data.It is found that students’ understanding of their own profession and craftsman spirit is relatively superficial,and there are many factors influencing the cultivation of craftsman spirit,involving students themselves,schools,enterprises and society.The fourth part find the problems of the cultivation of craftsman spirit in the modern apprenticeship system.The findings are as follows: the students’ professional cognition and social communication ability need to be improved;the measures to cultivate craftsman spirit in schools need to be implemented;the organic integration of craftsman spirit into the curriculum mechanism needs to be innovated;the campus culture with craftsman spirit as the core needs to be cultivated;the cultivation of craftsman spirit focuses on students and teachers.The selection system for teachers in enterprises needs to be improved,and the integration of enterprise culture and campus culture needs to be strengthened.The main propaganda contents and methods of craftsman spirit in the social aspect are old,and the technical personnel guarantee policy is not effective.When the spirit of craftsman needs to be revived in the new era,although the application of modern apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Colleges constitutes a certain support for the cultivation of craftsman spirit,the results are not very obvious.The fifth part proposes reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit from four aspects of students,school,enterprise and society.On the part of students,we should deepen professional cognition and cultivate professional adaptability;on the part of colleges and universities,we should explore new curriculum models,reform assessment and evaluation mechanisms,and promote the spirit and culture of craftsmen;on the part of enterprises,we should strictly select corporate masters,formulate scientific practice systems,integrate corporate campus culture and social aspects,establish a guarantee system for the cultivation of craftsman spirit,and attach importance to the guidance of mainstream media public opinion. |
