Research On Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Of College Students

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was clearly proposed that "we should carry forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmen,and create a social fashion of glorious labor and a spirit of dedication to work".The craftsman spirit has played an important role in promoting the growth and success of individuals,helping China’s industrial structure to transform from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power,and is of great significance to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the cultivation of college students’ craftsmanship spirit,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of college students’ craftsmanship spirit,and puts forward effective ways to cultivate college students’ craftsmanship spirit.This article is a general overview of its relevant theories from the concept,connotation and evolution of craftsmanship spirit,other relevant theoretical basis,the era value of craftsmanship spirit and the necessity of cultivating craftsmanship spirit of college students.Although the craftsman spirit theory has entered the ideological and political education class in colleges and universities,and the campus culture is also gradually strengthening,through the investigation of the current situation of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of college students,it is found that there are problems such as students’ understanding and cognition is not deep enough,the family assistance is not strong enough,the cultivation of craftsman spirit in colleges and universities is not carried out enough,the use of network technology is not rich,and the soil for social cultivation is not fertile enough.The reasons are the deviation of students’ own values,the lack of home-school joint education platform,the misunderstanding of some colleges and universities on the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,the lack of network cultivation function,and the influence of traditional social cognition.It explores the realization path of cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students,including giving full play to the main role of college students,giving full play to the function of family education,strengthening the cultivation measures of craftsman spirit in colleges and universities,expanding the cultivation channels of new media network,and improving the social environment for cultivating craftsman spirit.In a word,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons that affect the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of college students by deepening the theoretical research of craftsmanship spirit,and then explores its effective path pertinently.
