Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Based On Modern Apprenticeship System

In recent years,the word "craftsman spirit" has appeared frequently in national policy documents,and the words "craftsmanship manufacturing" have become the key words of media to publicize the quality of enterprise products.Craftsmanship spirit is constantly integrating into the professional quality of enterprise culture,product quality and technical skilled talents.Craftsmanship spirit has become an important dimension of the professional quality of craftsmen in large countries.So far,China has begun to implement the modern apprenticeship system and optimized the training mode of vocational education talentsto train more craftsmen.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in modern apprenticeship is not only an inevitable requirement for schools to meet the needs of enterprises,but also an urgent need for the sustainable development of technical and skilled talents.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit based on modern apprenticeship is the proper choice for Vocational education.At present,China is carrying out the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot work.How is the pilot work going? Do schools and enterprises cultivate craftsmanship in the modern apprenticeship system? What is the status quo of craftsmanship cultivation? In order to understand the above problems,it is necessary to deepen the practice of Vocational education through investigation and study,which will be conducive to promoting the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in modern apprenticeship pilot.The main methods of study include investigation and research,and this study focuses on understanding the status quo,pointing out problems and analysing of influencing factors of craftsman spirit cultivation in modern apprenticeship system,and then puts forward reasonable suggestions.Taking L Province as the object of investigation,the author compiled questionnaires and interview tools to interview 215second-year students of five pilot vocational colleges which are currently carrying out the pilot program of modern apprenticeship,and interviewed some school teachers,enterprise teachers and apprentices.The survey found that schools and enterprises have begun to incorporate the cultivation of craftsman spirit into the modern apprenticeship system,but some teachers and students have vague understanding of craftsman spirit,and the content,restraint and incentive system,teachers' strength and school-enterprise cooperation of craftsman spirit need to be changed.Based on the analysis of the cultivation of craftsman spirit and the influencing factors of students,schools,enterprises,society and family,this paper puts forward some countermeasure-s to optimize the cultivation of craftsman spirit in modern apprenticeship system from the aspects of cultivation content,system and subject.Due to the limitation of research conditions,the author only surveys the pilot schools of modern apprenticeship in L Province as the object of investigation.Based on the results of the investigation,the author puts forward reasonable suggestions onthe cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in modern apprenticeship.Although the sample is relatively small,it has enlightening significance for the optimization of craftsman spirit cultivation in the modern apprenticeship system.
