As the "craftsman spirit" was formally proposed in the 2016 Government Work Report,people from all walks of life have begun to re-examine the rich connotations contained in the "craftsman spirit".Through the interpretation of the connotation of "craftsman spirit",China has a clearer theoretical reference and value judgment in the cultivation of craftsman talents,which is of great significance to carry forward "craftsman spirit".China is in the period of industrial upgrading and strategic transformation.Carrying forward the "craftsman spirit" is to improve the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry of China and realize the spiritual guidance of the leap from a "manufacturing country" to a "manufacturing power".At the same time,Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education system in China,and it bears the important mission of cultivating various practical technical talents for the society.Improving the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational graduates and cultivating students’ "craftsman spirit" is a powerful human resource support that promotes technological innovation-driven and economic power transformation in China.As a consequence,when China is realizing the goal of manufacturing power,by the investigation of the current situation of the training strategy of the "craftsman spirit" of secondary vocational schools in H Province,we are trying to find an effective path that is conducive to the cultivation of the "craftsman spirit" of secondary vocational schools,which is of theoretical significance and practical value.Around the research theme,mainly in the form of questionnaire and interview,this paper selects 10 secondary vocational schools in H Province to carry out the investigation and research,and the research content is divided into four parts as a whole.The first part is the basic research,which mainly expounds the reason of the topic selection,research purpose and significance,literature review,research ideas and methods;The second part is the theoretical research,which includes three aspects.In the first aspect,the connotation and significance of "craftsman spirit" are elaborated.The connotation of "craftsman spirit" is mainly interpreted from five dimensions: professional cognition,professional emotion,professional will,professional behavior and professional pursuit;The second aspect discusses the theoretical basis of the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" of secondary vocational students,mainly including human capital theory,hierarchy of needs theory and Motivation Attribution Theory;The third aspect analyzes the factors that affect the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" of secondary vocational students,such as the goal,curriculum,teaching,teachers,evaluation and craftsman culture;The third part is empirical research,including the design and implementation of the survey and the analysis of the survey results.Through the analysis of the data,the factors that affect the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" of secondary vocational students are divided into individual factors,school factors and national factors from micro to macro;The fourth part is the countermeasure research,combined with the investigation and analysis,and based on the comparison of German and Japanese "craftsman spirit" training experience,discusses the effective countermeasures to improve the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" of secondary vocational students in H Province.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors in the third part,this part also discusses from the three levels of individual,school and country.At the individual level,we should pay attention to students’ psychological construction and career planning;At the school level,it discusses the training objectives,teachers’ quality,curriculum,school enterprise cooperation,teaching evaluation and cultural construction;At the national level,this paper puts forward clear countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" of secondary vocational students from different angles,mainly from the national funding,welfare,policy preference,cultural atmosphere and other aspects.
