As one of the important interpersonal relationships of children in kindergarten, peers play a vital role in their social development.Outdoors,as one of the main places for children’s activities,is also an important place for children’s peer interaction.Play is an inherent need of preschool children. It is internal rather than imposed by external forces. Therefore, the play must be a child’s own choice and a happy activity for the purpose of the play itself. This study selects the perspective of outdoor autonomous games to gain an in-depth understanding of children’s peer interaction. In outdoor autonomous games, young children can choose the materials or partners of the games according to their own needs, fully respect the children’s choices, give full play to their initiative, and allow children to actively interact with others in the absence of space and material restrictions. Therefore, studying the general characteristics of peer-to-child companion interaction in outdoor autonomous games, the differences between classes at different ages, and their influencing factors will help teachers better understand children and be able to intervene in a timely manner when peer-to-child interaction in outdoor autonomous games. The author selected three different kindergartens in City A,Jiangsu Province, and selected one class for each of the large, middle and small classes in each kindergarten, with a total of 9 classes as observation objects. In order to explore the peer interactions of children in outdoor autonomous games, the author uses observation methods to observe the peer interactions of children in outdoor autonomous games, summarize the peer interactions of different age classes, and the outdoor autonomy of different age classes and different types of kindergartens. The game peer interactions were analyzed for differences, and the general characteristics of children’s peer interactions in outdoor autonomous games were as follows:1.In terms of interactive gender, children are mainly of same-sex interaction, and the proportion of same-sex interactions of children increases with age;2.In the form of interaction, infants mainly focus on language and movement,as children grow older, the number of interactions in language is increased;3.On the basis of interaction, young children mainly interact with play materials;4.In the nature of interaction, negative interactions decrease with age;5.On the theme of interaction, the small class is dominated by scramble and imitation. The middle class starts to have more negotiation behaviors, and the large class appears to have more cooperative behaviors.6.In the interaction results, the middle and large class children are more willing to give positive feedback to their peers.Based on the above conclusions and using interview methods to explore its influencing factors,it is found from the research results that the influencing factors of children’s peer interaction in outdoor autonomous games are multifaceted, including both the internal factors of the children’s own factors,as well as teachers and game environment. The influence of external factors on family factors. On this basis, the author puts forward suggestions from three aspects: teachers, kindergartens, and families: teachers should improve their awareness of observation, pay attention to the placement of outdoor autonomous game materials, and control the time of outdoor autonomous games;etc.,and kindergartens should strengthen their homeland connections;Parents on the family side need to establish scientific parenting ideas and other related suggestions.
