Froebel once said that children live in games,dreams,fairy tales,spontaneous jumps,and singing.The personality and mental level of adults depend on whether they have played,dreamed,or been intoxicated during their childhood.Game activities are the basic activities of young children,and they have become a crucial basic organizational form and teaching carrier in kindergarten daily life due to their combination of natural and educational attributes.In kindergarten,outdoor self-directed games provide a game environment full of natural atmosphere and wild fun,stimulating children’s active exploration through more free modes and intuitive gaming methods,thereby supporting and promoting the comprehensive development of children.With the continuous development of preschool education in China,the practice of games has also received more and more attention.How to improve the quality of outdoor independent games in kindergarten practice has increasingly become a matter of concern.Therefore,the current situation of outdoor autonomous games in kindergartens and the quality of outdoor autonomous games in kindergartens seem to be a problem that needs further study.This study adopts the method of combining quantitative research with qualitative research to observe the outdoor autonomous game activities of the sample kindergarten A in depth,aiming to understand the current situation of the quality of the outdoor autonomous game activities of the sample kindergarten,analyze the factors affecting the outdoor autonomous game activities of the kindergarten,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improving the quality of the outdoor autonomous game activities of the kindergarten.Based on practice,this study used observation,interview and case analysis methods to observe,record and score the performance of 90 subjects in 39 outdoor independent play activities conducted by 90 randomly selected children of large,medium and small classes in Luoyang A Kindergarten,The conclusion is as follows:1.The average score of the outdoor autonomous game activity environment sub project in the sample kindergarten is the highest,close to the excellent level;The observation and guidance of game activities are second,at an average level;The playability level of young children is at a passing level.There are extremely significant differences in the level of playability among young children,and there is no age difference in scores on the other two dimensions.2.This study analyzed the factors influencing the quality of outdoor autonomous games in A Kindergarten based on typical cases and teacher interviews.Among them,positive factors include: encouraging young children to participate and planning space reasonably;Pay attention to institutional construction and implement job responsibilities;Be good at utilizing parental education resources and expanding the gaming field.Negative factors include: teachers’ understanding of outdoor autonomous games is not comprehensive;The observation and guidance abilities of teachers need to be improved;Lack of standardized specialized training and research activities.3.Based on the evaluation of the quality of outdoor self-directed gaming activities in kindergarten A,combined with the results of teacher interviews and previous research,the following guiding strategies are proposed to improve the quality of outdoor selfdirected gaming in kindergarten A: firm children’s stance,establish correct game concepts;Grasp core skills and enhance teachers’ professional abilities;Optimize learning channels and enhance game guidance capabilities.
