| Outdoor independent game is an important teaching form and carrier of kindergarten.Outdoor independent play can improve children’s interest in play,mobilize children’s enthusiasm,enhance children’s focus,and promote children’s all-round development.In the process of the implementation of children’s outdoor independent games,whether the teacher’s intervention is appropriate or not plays a very important role in the function of children’s outdoor independent games.In this study,children and teachers from S kindergarten in Z city are taken as the objects,with observation as the main method,interview as the auxiliary method and case study as the auxiliary method.From the five dimensions of intervention behavior initiator,teacher’s intervention identity,intervention mode,intervention opportunity and intervention effect,the author comprehensively summarizes and analyzes the current situation,effect,experience and shortcomings of the intervention of outdoor independent game teachers in kindergarten This paper puts forward the effective intervention strategies and suggestions for the outdoor independent game teachers in kindergartens.The results show that the positive side of teacher intervention mainly lies in: 1)the theme of teacher intervention focuses on discipline and play methods;2)when children have unsafe tendency in the game or continue to have simple repetitive behavior,the number of teacher intervention is more;3)the role of teacher intervention is mainly the guide;4)the intervention way is mainly to remind,suggest and so on.In the process of teachers’ intervention,there are also negative aspects.The main problems are as follows: 1)teachers’ attitude is not positive enough when they are involved in children’s outdoor independent games,and most of the participants are children;2)teachers are involved in more times when they are not playing,such as paying more attention to children’s safety in the game or self-standard when they are involved For the goal;3)improper intervention,mainly reflected in the form of a single,impose their own opinions,destroy the rhythm of children and the content of the game;4)intervention effect is not good,whenchildren are not interested in the game,teachers impose intervention or without careful observation,leading to ineffective intervention effect.In view of the existing problems,the author found that the main reasons are as follows: Teachers’ educational concept deviation,lack of educational experience,lack of intervention ability,lack of atmosphere of outdoor independent games in kindergartens,and imperfect training mechanism of teachers.In view of the above problems,the countermeasures and suggestions proposed in this study are as follows: Teachers should establish a correct concept of outdoor independent play and positive intervention;teachers should create a good environment for children’s outdoor independent play,provide sufficient playing time,put in rich game materials and provide positive spiritual support;teachers should carefully observe,be sensitive to children’s needs and explore the value of the game before intervention,and choose the right time and method At the same time,kindergartens should provide positive spiritual support,create a good environment for autonomous games.At the same time,kindergartens should improve the mechanism of teacher training,pay attention to the opportunities of teacher training and improve the pertinence of teacher training. |
