| Outdoor independent games provide an open and natural environment for children to explore and play freely,so as to achieve the all-round development of physical and mental health.Teachers’ appropriate guidance can not only optimize children’s learning experience in outdoor autonomous games,but also improve the quality of education.This paper is a research on the current situation and Countermeasures of outdoor autonomous game teacher guidance for large class children.This study mainly adopts the methods of observation,interview and case analysis.Taking Nanjing a kindergarten as an example,this paper analyzes the original data of 25 outdoor autonomous game cases and 195 teacher guidance events,and interviews 14 front-line teachers,relevant kindergarten managers and parents.This paper discusses the current situation of outdoor independent game teacher guidance in kindergarten a,deeply analyzes its existing problems and influencing factors,and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions on this basis.Firstly,combined with the analysis of teacher guidance events and interview survey results,this paper reveals the main problems existing in the current teacher guidance of large class children’s outdoor autonomous Games:before children’s outdoor autonomous games,the teacher’s goal is not clear and the guidance content is relatively random;In children’s outdoor independent games,teachers’ guidance content is relatively empty,the range of guidance number is narrow,the guidance role is single,the guidance method is unscientific,and the guidance frequency is too much;After children’s outdoor independent games,the main body of evaluation is mostly teachers,and the evaluation and communication after the game are ignored.Secondly,combined with observation records,activity cases and interview data,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the above problems.First,the kindergarten does not pay enough attention to the outdoor autonomous games of large class children.Second,teachers’ own guidance level is not enough.Third,parents are overly sensitive to children’s safety.Finally,in order to further improve the level of outdoor independent game teachers for large class children,the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward mainly from the three dimensions of kindergartens,teachers themselves and parents.Kindergarten:managers update the game concept and actively carry out relevant training;Reasonably create game venues and enrich the types of game materials.Teachers:clarify the subject status of children,and establish a correct view of play and guidance;Correctly understand the age characteristics of children and master scientific organization and guidance methods;Timely improve children’s experience and pay attention to the evaluation and communication after the game.Parents:attach importance to home cooperation and support kindergartens to carry out outdoor independent games. |
