Research On Countermeasures Of The Issues On The Development Assistance Student Funding Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

The public circumstances in higher vocational colleges are undesirable: the defective funding regulations and top-level design system;the lack of relatively independent management office and team construction,and the instability of concurrent staff;the difficulties of concept innovation,long-term mechanism building,humanistic concern;the insufficiency of standardization and normalization and so on.By means of the quantitative and qualitative analysis on the students’ questionnaire survey,this thesis takes Guangdong W Higher Vocational College as a case study and puts forward the strategies on how to promote work for "Funding Precision" and "Building Morality and Cultivating Talents".On the one hand,it is necessary to closely focus on the fundamental task of "Moral and Talent Cultivation",with the support concept of "Funding Precision" and "Building Morality and Cultivating Talents" to help students achieve all-round development.On the other hand,it is necessary to improve the level of departmental collaboration and information sharing in higher vocational colleges;moreover,set up a relatively independent student funding management center with professional personnel if permitted,to carry out the daily management work orderly.In addition,combine the characteristics of the college,academic research,branded funding projects,and demonstrate the craftsmanship,improving funding with distinctive project brands to help students grow into all-round talents.
