Research On Student Funding Management Problem And Countermeasures In Private Colleges And Universities Of Dalian

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,perfecting the supporting system for university students to make more students obtain higher education has become an important measure for the nation to ensure people’s well-being and warm people’s heart.With the deepening reform in universities,private universities are increasing day by day in order to adapt to the times and have become the important component of the higher education system,meanwhile,the supporting system for students of private universities has presented many deficiencies in management.This paper bases on 8 private universities in Dalian,takes the management on the supporting system for students of private universities in Dalian as research object and adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey to contact with the supporting system for university students practically,analyze and summarize the current management situation of the supporting system for students in private universities in Dalian and existing problems.Owing to the particularity of private universities,the problems existed in the management of the supporting system for students in private universities have seriously hindered the development of private universities and affected the overall supporting effect of the nation as well.Based on scientific analysis on the questionnaires and interview data,this paper centers on four aspects including the supporting system,supporting object,review mechanism and supporting environment,bases on resource allocation efficiency and supporting equity theory,adopts comprehensive analysis method and comparative analysis method to analyze and explore the management problems existed in the current supporting system for students of private universities in Dalian.And finally,this paper proposes improvement measures on the management on the supporting system for students of private universities in Dalian from four aspects,including quantizing the supporting system,establishing accurate recognition mechanism of supporting objects,perfecting the governance mechanism of the supporting system management department and optimizing the supporting environment,which provides constructive suggestions on establishing stable and long-term supporting system for university students in the future.
