| Financial aid education in higher vocational institutions is a long-term and systematic project,which needs both the guidance of relevant theories and continuous exploration in practice.With the high quality development of vocational education,if higher vocational institutions want to meet the requirements of economic and social development,they cannot be limited to the simple student financial aid work.A series of problems in students’ thoughts and behaviors derived from student financial aid work need to be effectively integrated with the concept of education,so as to realize the transformation of student financial aid work in higher vocational institutions from economic to developmental.Due to the factors of school orientation and training objectives,it is more urgent for higher vocational institutions to optimize financial support for nurturing students,which is necessary to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.This thesis takes the concept of developmental financial aid as a guide,grasps the relationship between student financial aid and human development based on the existing literature and theoretical sources,and concludes that developmental financial aid should be oriented to all students.By investigating the current situation of financial aid education in higher vocational institutions in Shandong Province,analyzing the problems and causes of financial aid education in higher vocational institutions at this stage,and combining the special characteristics of vocational education and the relevant needs of students in higher vocational institutions,we integrate the concept of developmental financial aid and put forward the optimization strategies of financial aid education in higher vocational institutions.It is mainly divided into the following parts.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the background of developmental financial aid education in higher education institutions in depth by reviewing the historical tracing of student financial aid at home and abroad.Taking the clarification of the concepts related to developmental financial aid education as the starting point,the thesis defines the research contents and research subjects.Under the guidance of these theories,developmental financial aid education in higher education institutions has been implemented and continuously improved.Secondly,this thesis selected four higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province for investigation and research,from the students’ participation in subsidized education activities,students’ evaluation of subsidized education,subsidized education problems and expected development of three main directions,through questionnaire survey,supplemented by interviews,combined with the actual situation of our higher vocational colleges,This thesis summarizes the initial achievements and existing problems in the four aspects of financial security,psychological care,ability help and spiritual motivation.Then the causes of the problems are analyzed,which mainly include the lack of forward-looking ideas,the quality of educational aid needs to be deepened,the lack of systematic activities of educational aid and the unitary content and way of educational aid.Finally,this thesis,combined with the investigation and analysis of the current situation of financial aid education in higher education institutions,clarifies the objectives of developmental financial aid education in higher education institutions and puts forward opinions and suggestions for its further implementation.Based on the establishment of moral education and always focusing on the sustainable development of students,this thesis realizes developmental financial aid education in three main aspects: education concept,education method and education quality,and closely integrates student financial aid work and student development. |
