Research Purpose:This study from the perspective of students physical health test standard,in order to figure jump rope as the carrier,for pupils aged 9-10 of 16 weeks fancy rope jumping exercise intervention,explore the practice pattern during this period rope skipping is in line with the characteristics of students’ physical quality development,through the experiment data validation fancy rope jumping exercise is to improve students body shape,in order to improve the quality and body function of the body;Improve students’ interest in physical education,enable students to actively participate in physical exercise,improve the content of physical exercise for primary school students,for the construction of pattern skipping school-based curriculum;Combined with the youth sports sensitive period,this paper explores the influence of pattern skipping on the physical health of primary school students,and provides a useful reference for the improvement and improvement of the physical health of students in China.Research methods:This article USES the literature material method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,etc.,in xi ’an high-tech fourth primary school grade four of 60 students as the subjects,for 16 weeks intervention,and the rope skipping the public exercise standard a,level 2 as the teaching content,with reference to the national physical training standards,selection of the height,weight,lung capacity,quiet heart rate,50 meters in succession,crook proneness,sit-ups in a minute,a minute jump rope for test indicators,respectively,as a measure of elementary student’s body shape,body function and physical quality,physical health standard,The data before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed horizontally and vertically to study the impact of 16 weeks of synchronized rope skipping intervention on the physical health of pupils aged 9-10.Research results:After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,the subjects were tested for various physical indicators before and after the experiment,and the data before and after the experiment were analyzed and processed in SPSS22.0 software.The results are as follows:1.Body shape: Before and after the experiment,the subjects’ weight(female)was significantly different(P<0.01),while their weight(male)was significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in height(P>0.05).2.Physical function: before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference in vital capacity(P<0.01)and no significant difference in quiet heart rate(P>0.05).3.Physical fitness: before and after the experiment,subjects’ scores of 50-meter running and 1-minute rope skipping were significantly different(P<0.01),their scores of 1-minute sit-ups were significantly different(P<0.05),and their scores of sit-down forward bending were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.In terms of shaping the body shape,fancy rope jumping plays a positive role in improving the body shape of primary school students,especially in terms of the weight of girls.2.In terms of improving physical functions,fancy rope jumping can greatly improve the cardiopulmonary function and endurance of primary school students,and has a significant difference in the growth of vital capacity.The effect on quiet heart rate was not significant.3.In terms of developing the physical quality,fancy rope jumping has a certain positive effect on the improvement of primary school students’ strength quality,speed quality,endurance quality and agility quality,while the effect on the flexibility quality is not obvious. |
