One minute rope skipping has been included in the optional examination for the high school physical education examination in various provinces,making it an important part of physical education teaching by more and more schools.However,traditional rope skipping lacks interest and is not conducive to the cultivation of junior high school students’ interest in physical education learning.However,fancy rope skipping is a highly interesting and ornamental sport,which conforms to the psychological characteristics of junior high school students’ physical education learning.",It is more conducive to the cultivation of interest in sports learning.The promulgation of the "double reduction" policy aims to reduce the burden and increase efficiency for students,promote their comprehensive development,and put forward higher requirements for the quality of physical education teaching for junior high school students.The integration of physical education in and out of class is an important means to improve the quality of physical education teaching and establish lifelong physical education awareness.In the "Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)",the importance of integrated design of teaching content in and out of class in physical education is emphasized,and the teaching content for junior high school students’ fancy rope skipping level 4 is determined.Therefore,the integrated design of rope skipping teaching in and out of class for junior high school students is a policy requirement,as well as a need to further promote quality education.In order to improve the quality of junior high school students’ fancy rope skipping sports teaching,promote the comprehensive realization of curriculum objectives,and cultivate junior high school students’ lifelong sports awareness.This study is based on the current situation of integration of in-class and out-of-class teaching for junior high school students in the context of "double subtraction".Through comprehensive use of literature,interviews,questionnaires,interviews,field visits,and logical analysis methods,30 junior high school teachers and 753 students from 8 middle schools in Wenchang were investigated from the aspects of in-class teaching,basic theoretical knowledge Conduct in-depth research and investigation on extracurricular activities and teaching development,as well as the current situation of integration of in-class and out-of-class teaching in four aspects of lifelong physical education awareness,explore the framework and ideas for the design of integration of in-class and out-of-class teaching in junior high school students’ fancy rope skipping,and design the integration of in-class and out-of-class teaching in terms of teaching objectives,content,process,and evaluation.The research results are as follows:1.Teaching objectives: Clarify the teaching objectives of integrating in-class and extracurricular teaching with sports ability,healthy behavior,and physical integrity as the core;2.Teaching structure: By establishing an online teaching and feedback platform for fancy skipping and combining with sports homework,an integrated teaching structure with two-way driving on and off the line is formed;3.Teaching content: Based on the requirements of "National Standard for Mass Grade Exercise in Rope Jumping(Level 6 Standard for fancy Rope Jumping)" and "Curriculum Standard for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)",the content of the three junior high school stages is designed;4.Teaching evaluation: An integrated evaluation system has been established that combines summative evaluation and process evaluation within and outside the classroom. |
