In recent years,the development of fancy rope skipping in our country is more and more rapid,and it is widely loved by all age groups.It has the characteristics of universality,entertainment,participation,competitiveness and ornamentation.It plays a positive role in enhancing physical fitness,entertaining body and mind,and meeting the needs of students' personality development.At the same time,the physical health of adolescents is a key topic of national concern.The single-rocking project in Fancy rope skipping is one of the items of physical health test in primary and secondary schools at present in China.It gradually penetrates into pupils' physical education classes with the characteristics of diversified technology,novel form and strong participation,and becomes one of the favorite items of pupils' extracurricular activities.This study uses literature research,expert interviews,questionnaires,experiments,mathematical statistics and other research methods to explore the impact of fancy rope skipping on pupils' physical self-esteem.136fourth-grade students in Huairou Branch of Beijing Second Experimental Primary School were divided into control group(70 students)and experimental group(66 students)to intervene in routine physical education courses and rope skipping courses.The body self-esteem of children and adolescents was measured by using the Body Self-esteem Scale.The data were analyzed by Excel and SPSS23.0.The results are as follows:1.Through longitudinal and horizontal comparisons,it is found that the level of physical self-esteem of the fourth grade students taking the school-based course of figure rope skipping shows a better development trend,and there are significant differences in many dimensions of physical self-esteem.Specific performance in sports skills,endurance,physical activity,appearance,coordination,physical value and overall self-esteem dimensions.2.Figure rope skipping has a positive effect on the physical self-esteem level of boys and girls,but slightly different.The experimental group showed significant differences in physical activity dimension,body value dimension,overall self-esteem dimension,motor skill dimension,appearance dimension,endurance dimension and coordination dimension after learning through systematic rope skipping course.Especially in the dimension of physical activity,the difference is the most obvious;in the experimental group,female students show significant differences in the dimension of motor skills,coordination and overall self-esteem.3.Compared with the regular physical education curriculum,the influence dimension of figure rope skipping on pupils' physical self-esteem is different.Specific performance in sports skills,physical activity,appearance,coordination,endurance,physical value,overall self-esteem these seven dimensions.In summary,after one semester of fancy rope skipping course learning,the level of physical self-esteem of primary school students shows a better development trend.The purpose of this study is to enrich the theory of fancy rope skipping,and provide reference for professionals engaged in theory and practice.At the same time,it promotes the rational setting of school-based course of fancy rope skipping,and ultimately promotes the all round development of pupils' physical and mental health by systematically learning the course of fancy rope skipping.
