| At present,China is in the process of industrialization.Manufacturing is an important pillar to support the development of the national economy."Made in China 2025" depicts the blueprint and specific route of China from a manufacturing giant to a manufacturing powerhouse at the national strategic level for the first time.At the same time,it also proposes people should be regarded as the foundation of building a strong manufacturing nation.Besides,it also put forward new demands for the cultivation of high-tech skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.Adapting to the changes of the times and continuously adjusting the objectives of personnel training are the social responsibilities of higher vocational colleges.In the context of the "Made in China 2025" era,make the higher vocational education personnel training structure more reasonable,the overall strength is significantly enhanced,the quality of personnel training continues to increase;Higher vocational education should focus on reforms in terms of comprehensive professional competence talents,innovative talents,skilled technical talents,and highly-integrated talents with professional skills and professionalism.In order to build a large province with advanced manufacturing industry,the Henan provincial government has made great efforts to support policies and funds.At present,the manufacturing industry in Henan Province has developed rapidly and has achieved certain results,but it is in urgent need of human resources to support the development process.In order to truly get rid of the status quo of Henan province's manufacturing industry being large but not strong,it is necessary to vigorously cultivate high-tech skilled talents in manufacturing specialty so that talents trained in manufacturing specialty in higher vocational colleges in Henan province can truly meet the development needs of Henan province's manufacturing industry.Therefore,this study is based on the background of “Made in China 2025” and studies the existing problems in the cultivation of higher vocational manufacturing professionals in Henan Province.It attempts to actively explore effective strategies for solving problems and contributes to the development of manufacturing in Henan Province.First of all,this study combines the development status of manufacturing industry in Henan Province and analyzes the development demands and opportunities of the cultivation of higher vocational manufacturing professionals in Henan Province under the background of “Made in China 2025”.Mainly in the following areas: professional structure,curriculum system,talent cultivation model,the construction of "double-qualified" teachers' team and student ability and literacy.Second,in order to make the study more objective and authentic,this study conducted a survey of three vocational colleges in Henan Province through questionnaires and interviews.Based on an effective analysis of the current situation,it is found that the cultivation of manufacturing professionals in higher vocational colleges in Henan province has some problems such as the specialty construction and development are backward,the curriculum is unreasonable,the talent model needs to be further optimized,the " double-qualified" teachers' quality does not meet the current requirements and the students' ability and quality does not meet the current social needs.Finally,the author proposes the following tactics for the problems existing in the cultivation of higher vocational manufacturing professionals in Henan Province: To deal with " made in China 2025" to enrich the professional construction and development;Deepen curriculum reform to serve "Made in China 2025";Adjusting personnel training mode for "Made in China 2025";Improve the quality of "dual-qualified" teachers to strengthen "Made in China 2025".Improving students' ability(literacy)in connection with "Made in China 2025";... |
