| In recent years,researchers have done majority of studies about the neglected children’s social status and communicative competence in peer interaction.But all the studies are rigorous experimental research.Different with those,this study try to improve the communicative competence of the neglected children,to help those children build well companion relationship and harmonious development between mental and health.Three neglected children from a senior grade D1 of one kindergarten in Yuncheng city are the research object,mainly using action research,with peer positive and negative nomination,observation method and informal interview research technique.This action research will be commonly designed based on the behavior features of those neglected children and it need the cooperation with the teachers,the achievements will be got in the process of “practice,reflection and practice”,and besides,on the basis of reflection some recommendations are put forward.This study was completed in two rounds.The first round was from five aspects: teacher’s guidance and education,empathy training,game organization activities,parents’ educational activities and timely strengthening and the second round was based on the first round,adding to the game of matching with popular children.Through three months of action research,the researchers draw the following conclusions: The neglected situation of young children in peer communication is the result of the common effect of different factors;pay attention to the harmonious relationship between teachers and children for children’s social development;home and kindergarten’s cooperation helps to improve the social status of neglected children;the improvement of neglected children in peer communication is long-term.Finally,the researchers made some suggestions.To teachers and parents,(1)strength the relation and cooperation between the home and kindergarten;(2)discover the flash points of children and build up their self-confidence;(3)create opportunities to contact with peers;(4)create a relaxed environment and atmosphere;(5)the education to the neglected children should be long-term.To teachers:(1)more active encouragement and positive reinforcement;(2)special treatment and more attention to neglected children;(3)teaching students in accordance with their aptitude to help neglected children.To parents:(1)to give children high-quality company with fragmented time;(2)limiting the use of electronic devices in young children and reducing the negative impact of television and new media on young children’s peer communication;(3)teach by precept and example. |
