| At the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that employment is the most basic livelihood.We will strengthen the employment-first policy,improve the mechanism for promoting employment.and promote highquality and full employment.With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education,higher education in our country has entered a "popular" stage,and because of the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,the employment quality of graduates is paid more and more attention by the whole society.Higher vocational education is an important branch of higher education,and it plays a positive role in promoting economic,social progress and cultivating talents.Higher vocational college graduates are higher professional and technical personnel whose employment quality will play an important role in our national economy and social stability.Higher vocational college graduates are an important part of the human capital reserve,but there are some deficiencies in the employment quality of graduates from higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province.The current employment environment and teaching model can’t well meet the employment development of graduates from higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province,and it is difficult to achieve high quality employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges.Therefore,to improve the employment quality of graduates of higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province is not only related to the overall development of Heilongjiang Province,but also related to the wellbeing of the whole society.It has important practical significance to protect people’s lives and improve the pride and happiness of graduates of higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the employment quality of graduates from vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province,interviews were conducted with 2019-2021 graduates from Heilongjiang Vocational College,Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College,Harbin Applied Technology Vocational College,Heilongjiang Architecture Vocational College,and Heilongjiang Preschool Normal College,as well as some of their employment units,Organized and analyzed the employment quality of graduates from vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province;Summarize the current problems of the employment quality of graduates from vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province,such as lack of correlation between majors and employment,lack of stability in employment,low labor remuneration and social security benefits,and poor career development.Analyze the reasons for these problems,such as the imperfect talent training system of vocational colleges,the lack of effective career planning for vocational college graduates,and the drawbacks of the talent mechanism of employers Caused by non-standard vocational training in employers.Based on the experience of improving the employment quality of vocational college graduates from abroad and domestically,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the employment quality of vocational college graduates in Heilongjiang Province,including improving the professional settings of vocational colleges,enhancing the employment stability of vocational college graduates,increasing labor remuneration and social security benefits for vocational college graduates Strategies for Expanding the Development Space of Vocational College Graduates in Heilongjiang Province from Four Aspects. |
