With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the increasing competition among enterprises,the work pressure borne by enterprise employees is increasing and overburdened.Therefore,it is very urgent to alleviate the work pressure of employees.In the specific work practice,the problem of work pressure faced by women is particularly prominent.They not only undertake the same heavy work tasks as male employees,but also are required to bear the heavy responsibility of maintaining the family by the "main internal" thought of traditional culture,resulting in a series of physical,psychological and behavioral problems for female employees.If these problems are not properly solved,it will not only reduce work performance,affect the development of individuals and enterprises,but also affect family harmony and undermine social harmony and stability.Therefore,social work,as a profession to improve personal well-being and help individuals and society solve problems,should play an important role in alleviating women's work pressure.This study takes the female employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in L community area of Chongqing as the research object.On the basis of reviewing and combing the existing literature,this paper makes an empirical investigation and Research on the work pressure of female employees in enterprises in this area by using the methods of participatory observation,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.Through the statistical sorting of the questionnaire data,this paper grasps the current situation of work pressure of female employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in L community area,and analyzes and summarizes the specific reasons for female work pressure,such as the mismatch between ability and post demand,the lack of career planning,workload overload,gender discrimination,work family role conflict,high economic pressure and so on.Based on the above situation,under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory,advantage perspective theory and social support theory,using the professional methods and skills of group work,this paper carried out the practical intervention of female employees' job stress relief,and evaluated the effectiveness of the intervention process and results.The assessment found that the work pressure of team members has been significantly reduced.It can be seen that the intervention of group work has effectively improved women's work pressure.Finally,this paper summarizes this study,reflects on the service form of practical intervention,the sustainability of service effect and the professionalism of social workers,and puts forward suggestions on female work stress relief from the aspects of individuals,families,enterprises,social workers and society,which provides a new path for the research on female work stress relief in enterprises in the future.
