Family-supportive supervisor behavior is an important resource provided by the organization to employees.It is related to the quality of the organization's employee relations and the work and family life of employees.It has become a hot topic in the field of management.In particular,as the level of social informatization improves,the boundary between work and family becomes increasingly blurred.The level of family-supportive in charge directly affects the work efficiency and family life of employees,and thus determines the work to family enrichment process of employees.For women in the workplace,the role of family-supportive supervisor behavior is more prominent,because they play the role of wife and mother in the family and are required to assume greater family responsibilities,so the support from the supervisory family has more importance for profound meaning.Based on the theory of family-like exchanges,this paper uses questionnaires and uses female employees as samples to explore the effect of family-supportive supervisors' behaviors on employee work-family enrichment,as well as the mediating effect of family-like exchange relationships and the moderating effect of recovery experience.The family-like employee organization relationship is a supplement to the Western exchange theory and is used to explain the family-like exchange relationship between employees and enterprises in China that transcends interest exchange.The results show that family-supportive supervisors' behaviors positively affect employee work-family enrichment;family-like employee organization relationships play a partial mediating role between family-supportive supervisors' behaviors and employee work to family enrichment;recovery experience positively-regulated family-like exchange relationships to work to family enrichment.Theoretically,previous studies have focused on the impact of family-supported supervisor behavior on employee performance,work attitude behavior,and happiness,and settled on a certain aspect of work and family.The work-family enrichment selected in this paper is a combination of the employee's work domain and family domain,which enriches the outcome variables.Introducing family-like emlioyee organization relationship as an intermediary variable increases the emotional perspective of exchange theory;in practice,encourages organizations to pay attention to the cultivation of family-supporting supervisors,and provides practical and feasible female employee care policies.
