A Study On The Transformation Mechanism Of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention To Entrepreneurial Behavior

Entrepreneurship is the driving force of national economic and social development,entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial activities are of great significance to the development of individuals and even countries.As the most dynamic and creative group in the society,college students have a high level of cultural literacy and skills,and contain great entrepreneurial potential.The existing studies mainly focus on the impact of entrepreneurship education,college students’ social network,entrepreneurial environment,social security and creative personality on entrepreneurial intention.This paper will study the relationship between college students’ entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior from the perspective of policy perception effect.It provides a theoretical basis for the research and formulation of entrepreneurial policies,and enriches the research content in the field of entrepreneurship.First of all,this paper starts from the concepts of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial behavior,entrepreneurial intention,college students’ entrepreneurial implementation plan and policy perception,and then constructs the structural equation of the transformation of college students’ entrepreneurial intention to entrepreneurial behavior by studying a large number of literature.Then select the group of college students as the research object,through the online survey,collect 318 questionnaires.Combined with SPSS,Amos and other statistical software for research and analysis.The results of empirical research show that entrepreneurial intention has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior,entrepreneurial intention has a positive effect onentrepreneurial implementation plan,and entrepreneurial implementation plan has a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior.Entrepreneurial implementation plan plays an intermediary role between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior,while it is found that policy perception plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial implementation plan.Only the degree of policy prospect recognition has a positive regulating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial implementation plan,and other variables do not support it.At the same time,policy perception plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between entrepreneurial implementation plan and entrepreneurial behavior.Finally,combined with the full-text research,this paper analyzes and summarizes the mechanism of the transformation of college students’ entrepreneurial intention to entrepreneurial behavior,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the rare demonstration and analysis of its regulatory effect from the aspect of policy perception effect,this study will fill the gap in this aspect and analyze the moderating effect of entrepreneurial policy between college students’ entrepreneurial intention and college students’ entrepreneurial behavior.through the distribution and collection of questionnaires for data statistics,and the use of structural equation model for analysis.Finally,it is concluded to put forward relevant suggestions to the government to promote the entrepreneurial willingness of college students to accelerate the transformation into entrepreneurial behavior,to expand the entrepreneurial group of college students,so as to faster and better implement the mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation.
