Analysis On The Multiple Dynamics Of Employment For Migrant Workers Returning Home In Jiangxi Province

Jiangxi province is a large labor export province,every year a large number of migrant workers to the country’s labor force.In recent years,China’s economy has been under great downward pressure and many industries have been hit,which has resulted in a large number of migrant workers choosing to return to their hometowns for employment.In this context,this paper focuses on the problem of "jiangxi province migrant workers return to their hometown for employment",through the establishment of the system dynamics model,discusses the operating mechanism and the existing practical problems,and puts forward some policy Suggestions.First of all,based on the background of the problem of "migrant workers returning home to find employment in jiangxi province",this paper expounds the research background and significance of the problem.By reviewing a large number of literatures,it reviews the problems and relevant theories,and sorts out relevant studies to find the breakthrough to solve the problem.The second is to define and introduce the related concepts and theories involved in this paper theoretically.Third,according to the survey data,the author analyzed and statistically sorted out the group characteristics and employment situation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns in jiangxi province.The results showed that the age structure was mostly middle-aged people,and the education level was generally not high.The income gap before and after returning to their hometowns was small.Fourth,according to the actual situation,the employment motive force of migrant workers returning to their hometowns is divided into five aspects:economic development,public resources,institutional factors,government policies and individual characteristics.The mechanism of action is analyzed.Fifth,based on the aforementioned theoretical analysis,VENSIM was used to draw the causal relationship diagram and flow stock diagram,build the system dynamics model,and run the model for simulation.lt was found that institutional factors,government policies and public resources can all promote the return of migrant workers to their hometown in jiangxi province.Finally,based on the research and analysis,the following policy Suggestions are put forward to promote the employment of migrant workers back home in jiangxi province.Improve the rational allocation of public resources and improve the level of public services;We will improve the employment environment for returning rural migrant workers.
