A Study On The Cooperative Education Mechanism Between College Counselors And Ideological And Political Teachers

Under the background of the Party Central Committee’s emphasis on strengthening the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has been paid more and more attention.At present,ideological and political teachers and counselors in Colleges and universities do their best to improve the effect of Ideological and political education and education.They have achieved good results,and the ideological and political literacy of college students has been improved.But on the other hand,some problems are found.The effect of Ideological and political education of college students is still a little unsatisfactory.One of the important reasons is that college counselors and ideological and political teachers are still in the stage of "fighting for their own ends" in the process of educating people.Although it has achieved some results,it has not made the students achieve the true unity of knowledge and practice.Therefore,in order to further improve the effect of Ideological and political education,it is imperative for counselors and ideological and political teachers to cooperate in educating people.Based on their practical feelings of getting along with students day and night,counselors help teachers of Ideological and political courses get through the obscure academic knowledge with students,which causes resonance in teachers and students’ thoughts.Counselors and teachers of Ideological and political courses work together to create a warm and in-depth ideological and political course,so as to better help students find,solve and sublimate problems,have correct three outlooks,enough courage and a positive and optimistic attitude to face difficulties,pursue dreams and personal values,while loving the motherland,socialism,people and their own responsibilities and responsibilities To be a good socialist builder and successor.Based on the study of the theory of collaborative education,this paper investigates the situation of collaborative education of counselors and ideological and political teachers in Harbin Engineering University,and points out the reasons for the current impact of collaborative education:1.Top level design is not perfect 2.The problems existing in the two teams 3.The ideological understanding has not yet formed a unified 4.The system and mechanism have not yet been established 5.The platform is not enough.On this basis,find solutions to the problems,hope to innovate the collaborative education path of counselors and ideological and political teachers of Harbin Engineering University from the aspects of substance,organization,policy implementation,platform building,system provisions,specific cases,etc.,and further improve the effect of Ideological and political education.On the basis of in-depth investigation and research,the author gives six basic suggestions: 1.Improve their understanding;2.Establish necessary working mechanism;3.Support with necessary policies;4.Deepen theoretical and practical activities;5.Team building;6.Platform building.
