Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of vocational education,the Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Quality of Vocational Education(2020-2023)proposes to "improve the quality of vocational education and curriculum teaching".The reform of curriculum teaching mode of secondary vocational schools is an important carrier to improve the reform of curriculum teaching,and the teaching reform of secondary vocational secretarial major is imperative.The document writing as secretary professional core courses in the teaching process in classroom participation is low,the teaching interaction problems such as difficult to achieve,case teaching and the curriculum teaching reform have higher document writing in particular,as a result,this study will be case teaching in secondary vocational secretary major of the curriculum teaching,the application of document writing as the research subject.This study is divided into five parts.The first part mainly studies the current teaching situation of "Official Document Writing",and finds that in the classroom teaching of secretarial major of secondary vocational schools,there are problems such as low matching degree of teaching materials and students’ needs,rigid classroom teaching process,which affect students’ participation in class and lead to the teaching effect difficult to reach the expected.The second part analyzes the necessity and feasibility of case teaching method applied in the course of "Official Document Writing" for secretarial in secondary vocational schools.The necessity of the application of case teaching method is reflected in the discussion and analysis of cases with students as the main body,which can make up for the problem of low enthusiasm of students in classroom teaching,so as to improve the classroom teaching effect and effectively achieve the teaching objectives;It is helpful to solve the problem that teaching reform practice and theory are difficult to integrate.The teaching of "Official Document Writing" has the corresponding implementation basis and is feasible.The third part of the case teaching method in the application of the official document writing classroom teaching has carried on the design,stick to the core and soul,for case selection and processing,sorting and compiled,and select the suitable for classroom teaching case presentation,guide the student to carry on the case analysis,give corresponding evaluation after practice.The fourth part studies the application effect of case teaching method in the classroom teaching of "Official Document Writing",and finds that the test scores of students in the experimental group are better than the control group,and the classroom atmosphere,students’ learning initiative,self-exploration consciousness,professional spirit and other aspects have been significantly improved.However,there are still some shortcomings in the application of case teaching method in the course of Official Document Writing.For example,case teaching requires teachers and students to devote a lot of energy,the scope of the applicable object of case teaching is limited,and students are still afraid of difficulties and lack of confidence.The fifth part,aiming at the problems in the application of case teaching method in the teaching of official Document Writing,puts forward systematic suggestions: organize and establish relevant case resource database to relieve the pressure of teachers’ case search;Implement case teaching and task-driven organic integration of teaching,combining theoretical analysis with task practice;The teacher evaluation mainly encourages the evaluation,enhances the student confidence and so on.Through the application research of case teaching method in the teaching of Official Document Writing,it is found that case teaching is effective in improving students’ interest in learning,cultivating students’ comprehensive quality and improving teaching quality,which represents the teaching reform direction of Official Document Writing. |
