A Study On The Ways Of Cultivating The Vocational Core Competence Of The Students In Tibet Secondary Vocational School

The overall development and change of society,as well as the progress and change of the times,will promote the change of career structure and corresponding quantity.The whole process of a new career development is actually a higher requirement on how to reasonably allocate human resources.At present,there is still a gap between secondary vocational education and social vocational posts.How to narrow the gap,improve the overall development of secondary vocational schools,so that students have a stronger competitiveness in the future life is worth pondering.Professional core ability can make students better play their strengths in their career,improve their competitiveness in employment.The use of professional core ability can make students adapt to their work faster,and learn how to deal with unexpected situations that may occur in the post,which is a growing ability.Although many vocational colleges have found that the cultivation of professional core competence is particularly important,there is still no direction in the specific training process.In our country,there are relatively few researches on the approaches to the cultivation of professional core competence,especially for the cultivation of public management professional core competence.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth study.Based on the previous research results,this paper adopts themethods of literature research,case study,investigation,statistical analysis and interview,taking the students of the public management and Service Department of the second secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa as an example,to measure their professional core competence level.Then through the statistical description,this paper analyzes the current ways of Cultivating Vocational Core Competence of students in Lhasa No.2 Secondary Vocational School,and concludes that there are still many problems in the cultivation of vocational core competence in Lhasa No.2 Secondary Vocational School,and puts forward reasonable suggestions and strategies according to the existing problems and the analysis of the survey results.Based on the analysis of the survey results,this paper puts forward suggestions from two ways: developing the core competence curriculum and carrying out rich extracurricular activities.First of all,we need to change the traditional teaching mode,combine theory with practical training,train "double teacher" teachers,how to apply theory to practical work,and innovate professional core competence courses.Secondly,we should pay attention to the important role of extracurricular activities in ability cultivation,create a good campus atmosphere,and let students improve their core professional ability in a relaxed environment.
