In recent years,China’s economic strength has been continuously enhanced and developed rapidly under the promotion of science and technology.Meanwhile,the progress of science and technology has also promoted the major adjustment of industrial structure.In order to ensure the rapid economic development of Tibet autonomous region for a large number of high-skilled personnel needs,we must speed up the training of skilled personnel.Vocational education,as the most closely related form of education in the field of education and economic development,is playing an increasingly important role in cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents.As the capital of Tibet autonomous region and the political and economic center of Tibet,Lhasa has an increasing demand for property management talents.Lhasa No.2 secondary vocational school(hereinafter referred to as the "Lhasa No.2 vocational school")as the main place of property management professional personnel training,personnel training problems become the main factors affecting the quality of property management personnel,While with cooperative education theory,competence-based theory,human capital theory as the foundation,uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method,investigated the present situation of the talent training of the major of property management in Lhasa No.2vocational school,analyzes its existing problems and the reason behind the problem,on this basis,put forward the solution strategy,the content mainly includes the following five parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which firstly expounds the research background and significance of this paper,and then analyzes the research status in China and abroad,the main research contents and research methods used in this paper.The second chapter is the concept definition and the theoretical basis.It defines several key concepts and introduces the theoretical basis of this research.The third chapter first describes the present situation of the talent training of the major of property management in Lhasa No.2 vocational school,and then select the students who major in property management in Lhasa No.2 vocational school as the object of the questionnaire survey,school leaders,teaching faculty and cooperative enterprises as the main interview object,Based on the expert’s definition of the talent training mode,it is divided into seven dimensions,namely training objectives and specifications,curriculum,teaching system,student management,student evaluation,and school-enterprise cooperation.Students were investigated by questionnaire,and schools and enterprises were investigated by interview,so as to understand the current talent training status of the talent training of the major of property management in Lhasa No.2vocational school.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problems and the reasons of the training of the property management in Lhasa No.2 vocational school.At present,in the process of the talent training of property management,there are the following problems: the curriculum setting is not reasonable enough,the teaching staff is not strong enough,the school-enterprise cooperation is not deep enough,the practical training base needs to be improved urgently,the evaluation system is not perfect enough.Secondly,the author analyzes the causes of the problems from three aspects:government,society and vocational colleges.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy for the cultivation of the major of in Lhasa No.2 vocational school from three levels of government,society and secondary vocational schools.
