With the development of social economy and the transformation and upgrading of national industries,vocational education is urgently needed to provide composite skilled talents.In this context,the "1+X" certificate talent training mode was piloted in 2019.Therefore,the author analyzes the current situation of Guangzhou Finance and Trade Vocational School,using interview method and questionnaire survey method to take teachers and students of Guangzhou Finance and Trade Vocational School and two enterprises cooperating with it as research objects.The present situation and problems of accounting professional personnel training in Guangzhou were studied.It is found that the government has problems such as incomplete laws and regulations on school-enterprise cooperation and lack of information docking platform between school-enterprise cooperation.The school does not pay enough attention to credit quality,teachers are lack of practical experience related to "X" certificate,lack of matching between talent cultivation and market demand,and mismatch between curriculum and current textbooks and "X" certificate caused by the lack of smooth integration of post course certificate.Enterprises are not conducive to providing posts to assist secondary vocational students in internship due to the particularity of accounting industry and related posts,and lack of practical interests and insufficient understanding of ideological level,resulting in insufficient motivation for school-enterprise cooperation.In view of this,the author puts forward several optimization suggestions for the above four aspects.The government should improve laws and regulations on school-enterprise cooperation,provide guarantee for school-enterprise cooperation and build an information docking platform to pull the school-enterprise distance.The school should be strict with credit quality,strict graduation requirements,and through deepening school-enterprise cooperation,cultivate professional talents matching the social needs,adjust and develop courses and textbooks to adapt to the "1+X" certificate system,build "double-qualified" teacher team and other measures to achieve the integration of post course certificate competition.Enterprises should explore the cooperation mode that meets the actual demand,realize their own reasonable interests in the school-enterprise cooperation,and deepen the degree of school-enterprise cooperation.
