| The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan clearly propose to explore the apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics and implement the "1+X" certificate system to further promote the long-term development of vocational and technical education.With the continuous upgrading and standardization of the modern tourism industry,the professional skills and quality of the practitioners in the tourism industry are increasingly demanding.Under the promotion of "1+X" certificate system and modern apprenticeship talent training policy,vocational education as the main base of cultivating professional and technical talents,it provides a large number of professional talents in line with the development of modern tourism for the society.However,the current situation of tourism talents training in secondary vocational schools obviously unable to meet the requirements of modern tourism for high-quality talents.Therefore,from the perspective of "1 + X" certificate system,the paper discusses modern apprenticeship talent training mode of secondary vocational tourism service and management major,which can not only meet the employment needs of tourism industry for high-quality talents,but also has great significance to explore the development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,in the context of vocational education-related policies and new requirements for tourism professionals,the paper first analyzes the existing research results of modern apprenticeship and vocational qualification certification systems at home and abroad,and understands domestic and foreign research hotspots and related theories.On this basis,the paper analyzes the necessity of the integration of "1+X" certificate system and modern apprenticeship system,as well as the practical basis and internal relationship.And put forward the construction principle of characteristic apprenticeship talent training mode.Secondly,with the methods of empirical analysis and case study,the paper first analyzes the current situation of tourism service and management talents training in secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province,and then selects Qingdao L school as the specific research object to analyze the current situation of the implementation of the apprenticeship system of tourism service and management.Based on the data analysis of the questionnaire,this paper points out that under the "1+X" certificate system,there are some problems in the modern apprenticeship system of this major,such as the lack of certificate certification standard,the single channel of school enterprise cooperation,the lag of course certificate integration development,the lack of practical teaching and the fuzzy standard of "double-qualified teachers".Then use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the influencing factors of the talent training model.According to the weight,the degree of the influencing factors is ranked as the degree of clarity of the curriculum system> the construction of the teaching staff> the orientation of the training objectives> the effectiveness of the organization management> the suitability of the evaluation method.Based on this,the evaluation of Qingdao L school is carried out through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the overall implementation of modern apprenticeship system for tourism service and management specialty is generally obtained after quantification.Based on the theoretical feasibility analysis of "1+X" certificate system and modern apprenticeship system,as well as the data analysis of the current situation,existing problems and influencing factors of talent training,this paper puts forward a new idea of the integration and development of "1+X" certificate system and modern apprenticeship system,and constructs a new "four stage progressive" talent training mode: the training objectives oriented by talent demand and "1+X" certificate It is a multi-level curriculum system with ability improvement as the core,a collaborative training mode of "Four Party Linkage",and a diversified assessment and evaluation system connected with professional qualification standards.On this basis,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the talent training mode,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward: improving the "1+X" identification system,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,connecting with the demand of X certificate teachers,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,introducing the "1+X" standard to build the practice teaching system. |
