Guidance on how to better serve the n ew rural construction of college graduates has become widespread concern in the comm unity and the hot issues to be solved. The study shows that in rural areas, the rural stu dents because college students are familiar with the rural environment, local plot, urban employment difficult, attracted by its return employment than non-college students from rural areas have certain advantages and favorable conditions. On the other hand, compa red to non-college students from rural communities, Rural College Students longer than the rural areas, the rural environment is more familiar, more interpersonal, adaptable, an d therefore guide the Rural College Students returning to employment, employment can ease the stress of the city promote the construction of new socialist countryside. In vi ew of this, the study of behavioral economics theory, the use of qualitative analysis, qua ntitative research, empirical investigations, model building method of combining, in-de pth study of the current situation of college students from rural employment aspirations, characteristics and influencing factors.
