To realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, the new socialist countryside construction of this strategic goal, guiding the employment of college gradu ates to return the body to solve the lack of new rural construction, ease the pressure on e mployment of graduates and promote urban and rural feasible way flow of talent. In rec ent years, state and local governments have been introduced to encourage and guide stu dents facing many rural grassroots employment policies and documents, but with little s uccess. Graduates still wishes emphasis on easy terms, the city developed a substantial i ncome, really willing to go to rural employment is still a minority. New rural constructi on, lack of personnel "and" Rural Employment Rural College Students’contradiction be tween two social phenomena are still outstanding. Guidance on how to better serve the n ew rural construction of college graduates has become widespread concern in the comm unity and the hot issues to be solved. The study shows that in rural areas, the rural stu dents because college students are familiar with the rural environment, local plot, urban employment difficult, attracted by its return employment than non-college students from rural areas have certain advantages and favorable conditions. On the other hand, compa red to non-college students from rural communities, Rural College Students longer than the rural areas, the rural environment is more familiar, more interpersonal, adaptable, an d therefore guide the Rural College Students returning to employment, employment can ease the stress of the city promote the construction of new socialist countryside. In vi ew of this, the study of behavioral economics theory, the use of qualitative analysis, qua ntitative research, empirical investigations, model building method of combining, in-de pth study of the current situation of college students from rural employment aspirations, characteristics and influencing factors. Made the following specific tasks:(1) through q uestionnaires, scales and interviews and other forms of real students’employment status of rural cadastral survey data willingness; (2) organize the survey data, and the use of de scriptive analysis, T test, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the Rural College Students returning employment aspirations characteristic differences, factors and predict ive models do empirical research; (3) to discuss the findings of the original assumptions and points one by one to verify the hypothesis; attributed Rural College Students return ing to characterize the status quo employment aspirations, and in-depth analysis of its ca uses; (4) According to the findings of the reasons, from government, universities, comm unity, college students and other aspects of personal, make policy recommendations to i mprove the Rural College Students returning employment aspirations.The study found:First, the individual characteristics of different variables (gender, education, whether only child, awareness of rural development, negative attitudes, etc.) Rural College Students Employment willingness to return significant difference. Third, the Rural College Students returning employment aspir ations influenced by many factors, a greater impact by individual characteristics, family background, social and environmental variables and latitude, regression analysis, foreca sting model, a joint interpretation of the variation amounted to 73.3%.Based on this, this study suggests that the improvement of rural employment aspira tions nationals returning college students need to start from the following four areas:(1) institutional change through multiple channels to enhance the employment market in ru ral areas, the establishment of government-led employment long-term mechanism; (2) b ased on the difference between the different resources in rural areas, cold forming, socia 1 adjustment of industrial structure, increase publicity and public opinion to guide and o ptimize the Rural College Students returning employment environment; (3) reasonably practicable evaluation mechanism designed incentive to play college Rural College Stu dents returning to employment should guide function, establish the need for economic d evelopment in rural areas of personnel training new mechanism; (4) Rural College Stud ents individual (family) should have the right career values, solid employment ability, s cientific employment planning.
